Del Taco — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

Person at the window was rude because my order was a big order and then as I was going to tell her my drinks she tells me a total of 80 something and it was for 50 of the small tacos a few sides and there was no WAY extra toppings costed An added 30 dollars. And said umm if the toppings are that expensive then never mind on those. So then my total went down to 50 something and she reread my order with a total complete attitude for zero reasons. Then tells me my total and to pull up.... I got to the window waited about 8-10 minutes before I was ever greeted... Then with an eye roll said my total was 50 something and I said that I wasn't done with my order, then it was what else... I said I was just wanting drinks 2 the strawberry sprite (totally LOVE IT) what size I said 2 large. And then she went back and totally could tell she wasn't happy about it and made my drinks gave me my new total and it ended up being about 60 all together give or take.. I just couldn't believe the ATTITUDE AT ALL that just FLOORED me. As he handed me my bags which I had asked for certain ones to be bagged separately with one of the 2 nachos I wanted to try (By THE WAY TOTALLY WILL LOVED THEM) I had asked which bag was which and she said I don't know I replied I asked for 20 to be bagged separately from the rest... And the look I got .. WOW WOW JUST 😳 WOW 😳😳😳 I then said it's fine I will figure it out thank you ... Now I usually DON'T do reviews due to working in such a field as restaurants I totally understand a whole lot and I probably allowed rude behaviors or something wrong to simply slide cause I get it PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES!!!!!! BUT THIS WASN'T A MISTAKE....THIS WAS PURELY FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER TO THE END WAS JUST WOW 😳😳😳😳... and I understand it was at 11 at night but I had just got back from out of town and had kiddos and family to feed and I had bragged SOOOOO much in this place cause I had just eaten there for the first time a week before this and everything was Fantastic and I wanted my family to see it and try it and ITS WAS MORTIFYING and became a HORRIBLE 2ND visit for myself and my family who was in the car with me to help me WON'T BE COMING BACK THERE and she works in a restaurant to... We both understood but NOT THIS VISIT AT ALL... Person was angry from either how big the order was and didn't want to work or was having a SERIOUS BAD DAY and it REFLECTED UPON CUSTOMERS!!! I have now had a 50/50 1 visit FANTASTIC and 1 visit just PLAN HORRIBLE and if it would have been my first time I would NOT go back... But I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THE FOOD ITS BEEN FANTASTIC EACH TIME.... BUTTTTTT BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE... IT'S A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL COULD GO AMAZING OR SAME AS ABOVE... SO GOOD LUCK BUT...

Hey! I came here from the holidays of December 10, 2020, COVID-19 Pandemic period. I’m really Enjoying my del taco experience a while ago. We had 30 chicken soft tacos for the holidays, as you see the receipt here in the photos I just put here as you see my pictures down below. Like the review and share it to your friends and family, and I will appreciate your feedback. It was somewhat busy here. It was a 22 minute drive away from home here in Chattanooga Tennessee; and me and my mother went to this del taco nearest to us is located here at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Ringgold area. And there’s really good tacos, very similar like my visit in spring of 2016 Los Angeles and Fullerton, California. Corona, California as well. My hometown! I came back to this different Del Taco restaurant in 2020 four years later, (my first ever Del taco visit in like 4 years) I’m still remembering it what Del Taco is like. My mother questioned me: is Del Taco any good? I answered from my mom: yes! Indeed a very good restaurant. Great menu, the drinks and the food they gave us respect. We payed $50 for 30 tacos per $1! With taco nite discounts! Including Nacho Beef Tacos, chicken Quesadillas and having a Chicken soft Taco nite! That’s crazy! It was delicious! Definitely worth the wait and the taste of em! That’s a 5/5 ⭐️! I would like to visit there again soon! I would like to Thank you google for my emotional review! I can’t help it. And shoutout to my mom for talking to me about this restaurant. Major miscommunication. My blood sugar dropped after a six hour doctor visit getting allergy shots. I wanted something simple, cheap and quick to eat. And I wanted a large lemonade. The kid behind the counter suggested a steak fajita. He asked if I wanted guacamole.. Shaking and in a diabetic fog, I said that would be fine. This was my first time at Del Taco. I handed him my $20, stuck the change in my pocket and went to fill my lemonade. When my name was called, I commented that it was a whole lot more food than I ordered. He said, that's how it comes. After inhaling half the lemonade and the taco and two fries, I stopped shaking. Then I looked at my receipt and about choked. It cost just under $17 for what I had. I went up to the counter to question it. The kid said I'd ordered a #9. I didn't even know what #9 was! I was charged $8.99, $1.50 and $3.59 + tax. I asked about the $1.50. The $1.50 was for upsizing (which explained the huge order of fries). I just wanted a large lemonade. I asked about the $3.59. That was the steak thing. I also had a burrito on the tray. All I could eat was the taco, half the burrito and two fries. It was total miscommunication but I will never go back. That $20 bill was all I had left...
