My mother has shopped here for years. I remember going with her when I was a little girl. Here recently my mom was there and she shops for my elderly grandmother and my sister to help out.. While my mom was checking out she was trying to help the cashier (A MANAGER) get her groceries out of her cart. The manager look frustrated already, so my mom thought she was being helpful. About 15 seconds in helping, the manager takes a step back, stops scanning, and says "I can do it. I'm getting frustrated and I'm about to WALK AWAY."

Ummmmm excuse me? Is this "good customer service" or WHAT? The man has worked there for years.. Everyone in my family has worked or is working with the public. If anyone was to speak to a customer that way you would be FIRED. I get having a bad day, but you are the last thing a customer sees before walking out of the store. You are to greet a customer with a smiling face, ask about their day, etc. for them to WANT to come back and do business with you.

RIDICULOUS and so RUDE. My mother was nice as can be and just let it go because that is what kind of person she is. But I can't say that the next person who gets treated like this will handle the situation...

Do not buy custom cut meat. Bought 3 lbs. Bottom round cut to make beef jerky. Got home opened the package the topside piece of the 1st slice was a nice lovely blood red. When I went to flip it over to look through the other pieces 80 percent of the meat was discolored brown. While picking up the suspicious meat I notice there was a boogery residue left on me fingers. I preceded to give the meat the good old sniff test with the hopes that maybe it may still be able to turn into the mouth water dried goddess called beef jerky. To my dismay it had the astonishing odor of a dead deer sitting on the side of the road for 4 days. In conclusion I do NOT recommend going to ugo custom cuts.
