That's great to hear, but we'll see what happens in real life when I come for a visit and possibly order a meal. I am one of the (many) homeless people that stay in the Fort Pierce area and come to your Taco Bell fairly often. Your employees have always treated me with courtesy and kindness every time I've been there, which is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, not all employees at all restaurants in the area are as professional as your team almost always are. Last night was a minor exception... I went to park my shopping cart in the back area, where the bike rack is located, and before I could even get my chain & lock out and secure my cart containing pretty much everything I own, all of my meager worldly possessions, a young man almost immediately popped out of the back door and told me that I'm not allowed to be back there. I didn't challenge him, didn't comment on the fact that the bike rack is there and I was just about to secure my cart to it... Instead I just tried my best to hide my embarrassment, put my walking cane and my chain & lock back in my cart and left, my humiliation overriding the hunger I was feeling just a minute earlier as I rolled up with dinner plans on my mind. I know that last night's incident wasn't the norm for there, I've always been treated with respect and courtesy every time I've been there before. I will definitely be coming back, maybe for dinner tonight. I won't let one little hiccup sour me on some of my favorite foods. Taco Bell is one of the few little treats for myself that I occasionally splurge on when I can afford to do so. I'm looking forward to my next visit, and it shall surely be better than the last! Read moreI ordered the number 9 and asked for the tacos with no sour cream. The cashier told me that they don't come with sour cream so I continued my order. When I get home, I see that both tacos have sour cream so I drive back with my receipt and the tacos. When I pull up to the cashier, using the drive thru, I tell her that I'd like to speak with the supervisor. The cashier asks me why I'd like to speak with her so I tell her I'd let her know when she comes to the window. She calls for the Supervisor and she comes to the window and yells, "I'm in the middle of making orders ma'am. What can I help you with, ma'am?" I told her that 2 of my tacos were made with sour cream when I asked for no sour cream and that I'd like 3 tacos with no sour cream. She then asks me, "Why would I give you 3 tacos when only 2 were made wrong?" I answered that I'd like 3 tacos because I had ordered 30 minutes ago and when I got home I had to come back to get my order corrected. To that she told me that she would make me 3 tacos this time, but that next time I should come inside of the restaurant instead coming back through the Drive thru to resolve any issues that may happen in the future. In conclusion, my order was made incorrectly and I was yelled at for wanting a complimentary taco and also not walking into the restaurant to get an order corrected. Read moreWell I find it interesting that I was asked to give a review on Taco Bell tonight. First of all this is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I have almost called your corporate office three times. I'm not someone that does something like that. Why waste my time? I guess it's because of frustration. I've stopped there three different times where they have closed early period one time as early as 8. I actually was getting ready to call the police to come because of my concern for their employees that they could have been getting held up and be in danger. Only to find out from a lady who walked up that they just closed at 8. This will be the third time that they've done that. And that's only the third time that I have gone there if they have done that. Their food is sub Taco Bell standard. A couple times the one black manager was so nasty I almost called on her that time. But I don't have time to be calling Taco Bell. They need to manage their own places. But now that I've been given a voice I'm going to say what I'm saying.
