We've had such a wonderful experience working with the team at the Fort Pierce Havertys. We initially stopped in to look at a lamp. Colleen, with her warm personality, met us at the door and the connection was immediate. She listened to us and took the time to look up our previous purchases to understand our likes and dislikes, then guided us through the store. As we struggled over whether or not items would fit in our home, she shared with us the benefit of using their FREE design services. Sharon, the resident design wizard came out to our home. She and Colleen walked our space, took pictures and measurements, and listened to our vision. A week later Sharon, designed rooms that perfectly fit our lifestyle and personality. It has been such a joy to work with this dynamic duo. Sharon perfectly captured our vision and now we absolutely love our home. The purchase process was so easy because Havertys offers a "home lay away" option. Elaine in the finance department, is so good at her job and she couples that with a really fun personality! But the cherry on top was the delivery team. Nate and Charles showed up on time and got right to work. These guys were so easy going and hardworking. Not satisfied with just assembling furniture, they advised us on the couch and rug placements, a real help so we weren't left rearranging after they left.    Read moreWe bought a bedroom suite and when they delivered it the sliding door on the chest was not working fight. I showed the delivery guy and he said it just needed to get worked in. We discovered the little roller on the Bottom was broke she we called the store, they said that we would hear from them in a day or to. A week passed and not a word, called again, still nothing, got an e-mail and wanted us to send a picture. First of all We have to take the door off to take a picture and do not have the equipment to send a picture. Called again And she said she would send a link to my phone so we could send a picture that way. 5 more days and nothing. Today we took it apart and went into the store. Of course the salesgirl said she can’t do anything except call the customer service. We threatened to take the door off the one in the store, but omg, she would get fired. I don’t expect to hear a thing again. We can’t buy the part anywhere because the furniture is all made in Japan. If we had known we would have never bought a thing in that store. Never again will we go near that useless store.

   Read moreMy wife and I ordered a new custom sofa and love seat from Haverty's in Fort Pierce 7 months ago and it was delivered today. While not happy about the timeframe it took to get delivered, every step of the way, our wonderful saleswoman "Sunshine" kept us informed of the progress via e-mail and telephone calls. I would rate the professional Customer Service as "Exceptional" and despite the supply-chain issues which caused the delay, I would order from Haverty's again..........as long as "Sunshine" can be my sales representative. She was knowledgeable about the product, fabrics and convinced us it was worth the wait. She was not wrong!
When the delivery occurred, two Haverty's movers arrived on time, professionally dressed, well-mannered and moved the furniture in without any issues of scraping walls or floors. They were professional, quick and very nice guys - Hector and Mike were their names.
