Paid Mr money farmer 3500 for my custody case. Went to temporary hearing and he didn’t address a single thing we had talked about. After my failed mediation he withdrew himself from the case, didn’t tell me he withdrew himself… and told me I was too “argumentative”. Hire a real lawyer that actually cares that will do the “arguing” for you. Biggest waste of money on this firm.

And me being “argumentative” was after my son was attacked and severely harmed while at my exs house, I have police statements backing it all up as I tried to prevent it. I was even lied to from my ex about what happened to him, and had my ex not show up for my holidays and time with my child. He did the bare minimum, took the money and ran. Don’t waist your time hiring Robert Farmer, he lied to us so we’d hire him. Went to court that was a trial hearing. We asked if we needed witnesses and he said “no I’ll take care of it” he’s a smart ass and thinks he knows everything. We was told by someone else that we should have brought witnesses. It’s pretty sad your attorney is supposed to be on your side and you can’t even trust him. After court he even went back to the judge office and spoke to him. Judge and our attorney was against us and sat us up for failure. What the judge said in court out attorney made up the order in his own words so when we go back to our court hearing in a few months and here we are going by the order our attorney said and the judge is probably gonna say that that’s not what the transcript says and we knew better. I fired Robert and I DONT...

🤣 hahahah..I initially told them multiple times I didn't want their service. Happy hexagon Halloween. It's now show time ... something sooooo magical is going to occur in historic haunted fort Scott..... When stopping by their office...the lady (not the male) asks "we would like to do a discovery check .will you allow us to do this". I told her no...she continued to do what she would like working diligently
