The worst place to do business with the owner will rip you off if given the chance. She doesn't know how to run resale shop. First of all she didn't not inventory my items I brought in. Luckily I did prior to bringing her my items. Second I told her from the beginning I wouldn't except her 50%~60% commission she said she would lower it because of the quality of items I was bringing and because they were new items. Yet she refused to give me a percent until after she logged all of my bags. I asked her how she figured at pricing she said why and I said because I didn't want her to go less then 50% on most bags and no less then 100% on limited edition ones

She said don't worry your go. A make good money

Come to find out well of course she wouldn't charge me 50% yet gave me a 3.00 fee to log all of my bags she never disclosed this fee to me so she started me off being $250. I owed her.

It took her a month to have her special event on my bags and after her event I loged into my account a she had sold 10 of my items and I had made 52. She had went way below my 50 % mark. So I went to pick up any that were remaining that were under that matk on my remaining bags. I had wanted all of them but owner is aggressive. That week I sold some that she still had . She got angry because most I sold were way above what she was asking so I asked for her to return my bags upon doing so she took all of the credits I had made after she sold 13 of my bags. She not only returned my brand new bags back to me damaged, missing Tags, and removed the factory protection from them. If you have nice things do not trust this woman with anything in my option she is a theift as she kept some bags and the ones she sold had a retail value of over 3000.00 and in the end made 150. she does not lessen to her customers, or she wouldnt have gone below 50% and does not take good care of your items, as some bags have come back scratched and missing tags. And are no longer new as she opened them all.

And because It called her on it she calls the police on me. Luckily for me I logged everything I gave her and have pics of all the items...

I am very disappointed in Bids & Dibs. I went in with a couple of friends today. We were all in the store for a few minutes and had already started to find stuff we wanted to buy, when I was approached by a worker. She said they are asking everyone to wear a facemask and started handing me a disposable mask. I said we'll just leave and we did. It's a bummer because I've always loved Bids & Dibs and have always spent money when I go there. Not...

Today was my first time ever stopping in since moving here from Nashville, TN a couple of years ago & I can truly say that I had no idea about this truly wonderful little hidden gem (though not so little inside)! It was great finding a boutique-type shop right here in Fort Scott with so many great things at affordable prices- not to mention the more than helpful friendly staff.
