The lady that helped me was great but when we went to finish the paperwork someone in the back office told her she shouldn't have done the sale because they will not deliver to my town because I have a store there (our home store didn't have the couch and love seat I wanted) and he was so rude to her. I told her we didn't need delivery that wr planned on loading it in our truck. So they have us pull around back and the lady was in there trying to lift the couch BY HERSELF while the mangers sit in the office. Then a younger kid came out to help her. My husband and I basically loaded our own love seat and coach. Never experienced such lack of customer service before in my life. Like we was a problem or something for not going to pur...

If I could give them no stars I would. I am not even a customer I just helped my sister out one time with a payment and she misses a payment a year later remind you and they decide to go and take money out of my account. Never mind I went in there a year ago and signed a paper to remove my card from her account supposedly the "manager" Sean and I'm using that loosely took my card off, now I'm having to close my bank account get a new card because they did fraud and theft. They ended up doing three separate transactions and took over 300 dollars. So do not go here they are thrives and I was told Sean got fired...

I wouldn't go here i got a washer and dryer from here payed it off and then it broke down on me and when I called them they gave me the run around a month later when I finally got it. Get home and they didn't even give me the right piece for the dryer. I had to go through so much to get my washer and dryer and i called them four times to see when they will delivery it and come to found out i had to go get it...They wouldn't even delivery it and im like why didn't yall tell me to come get it when I first called then going through all that....Never will come...
