I ordered the number 6 (2 chicken chalupa supremes, crunchy taco, and Baja blast) and a 5 layer burrito. Got the food home and the crunchy taco was smashed up and the meat was just thrown on top of the broken shell with no cheese, the 5 layer burrito wasn’t even a 5 layer burrito we don’t know what it was as after a bite it was inedible as there was something crunchy inside that is not known what it was, and the chicken chalupa supremes didn’t have any tomato’s or sour crème. It was a horrible experience and the workers there just said “oh we must have mixed your order up with someone else’s” i ordered at 1:30am, there was no one else there at the Taco Bell. The cashier didn’t even give me a receipt (probably knowing they were going to jack my food up. I am very upset and disappointed in this Taco Bell. I will be a Karen and talk to the manager tomorrow morning as this kind of behavior from staff shouldn’t be happening (it took them 15 mins just to make my order and it was all kids inside and they were goofing off instead of actually working. I assume this is the reason I will go hungry tonight, because Taco Bell doesn’t want to have a good staff on hand and allows their employees to goof off while on the clock. Maybe their should be a manager on staff for all shifts to make sure things are getting done properly.) From a person who is going without food tonight to someone who is maybe looking to eat here DONT THEY WILL JUST THROW RANDOM STUFF INTO A BAG AND HAND IT OUT TO YOU AND THEN WHEN YOU DISCOVER THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL BLAME IT ON AN ORDER GETTING MIXED UP EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NO...
Read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!!!!! I would give NO stars if possible. 2 combo meals for 2 adults cost $28. When we ordered the cashier did not tell us they were out of lettuce, which the manager said the cashier knew that fact she just didn't care to tell us. As we were watching the lady who was making our food, we observed her start making it and then the phone rang so she walked over and answered the phone with the same gloves on she was using to make our food, stayed on the phone 5 minutes and then walked back to finish our food with the same gloves she just had her hands all over the phone with (people wonder why COVID is still spreading and it's because of people like her). We finally got our food and we were not surprised that it was ICE COLD (because it sat on the counter half put together while she stayed on the phone 5 mins chatting with someone about after work plans). We were surprised there was no lettuce. I didn't want to eat after I saw the woman touch the nasty phone with the same gloves on her hands that she was making our food with so when we also saw there was no lettuce and the food was cold to the touch we returned the order, complained and left. They could have fixed the no lettuce problem by just grabbing some at Walmart but I guess that was too much of an inconvenience for them. The cashier and cook problem could be fixed by training their employees the...
Read moreThe Rogers Avenue Taco Bell consistently has the worst service of any Taco Bell I've ever experienced. I ordered using their app. I chose to pick up inside since I know their drive-thru is notoriously slow. I received confirmation that my order was ready about the time I pulled in the parking lot. I went inside to pick up my order. There were two employees at the front registers, one dealing with another customer and the other apparently taking orders for the drive-thru. No one acknowledged me at all. When the first employee finally got finished with the other customer he did acknowledge me and I told him I had a mobile order and gave him my name. He said the only mobile order he had was for a different name. Then he says just a second and walks off and starts working in the drive-thru. Apparently he's done with me. I literally have to wave my arms at him to get his attention before he will come back over and look at my phone so I can show him the order that I placed. He says, oh, and goes to get my order. He hands it to me and basically turns around and walks off. I tell him thank you as I'm turning around to walk out the door. The food itself was fine. Typical Taco Bell. However, if you're in fort Smith, try a different Taco Bell as the service at this one is terrible. My rating, four stars for food, zero for service,...
