ALDI — Local services in Fort Wayne

I used to enjoy shopping here, but around last year the management changed hands and the store has gone down hill. It is frequently chaotic, filthy, and in disarray, and it's very often that I see the new manager yelling at her employees in a berrating or demeaning way, and be a bit dismissive of the customers. I'm always seeing new faces when I walk in, which tells me that people don't enjoy working there anymore. I've taken my business to the Lima Road store instead. I love Aldi's products and often prices. Now I have to complain about their battered cod... 2 boxes and look at the difference! I got half the fish size of my spouse's! I understand they might not all be identical obviously, but if the weight is this much off, they should be adding another small piece to it. This has happened already 4 times in a year and I won't be buying it again because I don't feel I'm getting what I'm paying for. Also, 9:10 am on a business day and no sourdough, no tuna in water and a few other items already...

The store on Illinois Road is terrible. Always out of stock of several things. Freezers unkempt. Always empty boxes in the way. Constantly out of protein yogurt. Not good produce, apples are always mushy even though they look good in the bag. Always have to reach far into the freezer to get things. Employees aren't friendly and just throw stuff in the cart. I've been coming to this store since it opened hoping things will get better, but never do. Will continue shopping at Aldi, just not...
