I recently placed an online order for pickup and I accidentally sent the order to another location instead of this one. I called to see if it was ready and the clerk on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I checked my email and discovered I’d accidentally sent it to another store, I told her “Oh I’m so sorry, my bad, I accidentally sent it to another location, thank you anyway,” and tried to end the call, she stayed on the line and started lecturing and berating me on the addresses of the two stores and how they were in different locations in Fort Wayne. It was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced as a customer in any store. I have never had a clerk be so patronizing, grumpy, and rude. This used to be my favorite Hallmark in Fort Wayne but I will never return...

I will NEVER. NEVER. NEVER shop at this store again. Very unprofessional. Unkind. Rude. Arrogant. The little gray silver blue haired lady. Very rude. Very kind. Unprofessional. This is a charming Hallmark shop. It doesn't have a ginormous amount of cards, but enough, in lovely varieties. The gift offerings are also very nice, some quite unique. The displays are nicely spaced, so it doesn't feel cramped walking around. The staff is friendly and helpful. In today's visit, I bought a small, inexpensive gift and the clerk not only gave me a box, but she assembled it, artfully stuffed it with tissue paper, removed the price tag from the item and placed it...
