Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

The very first time I tried this place, I was eager to find some place new to stop for my lunch break. I ordered one of the Japanese pastas and they didn't give me the meat that I ordered with it, which is like $2.50 extra. I was on my lunch break and it took like 10-15 minutes just waiting for my food so I didn't have time to check if it. I disliked it so much I took it back after work and told them it was wrong. They made me another one (same thing but with the meat) which I woefully took and a coupon for a free bowl. I had not planned on going back but since I had a free bowl I decided on one more time. I played it safe and got the Mac and Cheese with grilled chicken and really liked it. I've ordered ahead online (which is convenient) the past 2 times I've gone here and still wind up waiting in line (there is supposed to be an express lane for ordering ahead). They only ever have one register open, during busy lunch hours! Not sure if I'll keep going...

First timer at this restaurant! They have so many options it was hard to choose what to get. I ended up getting two entrees because I had a BOGO coupon for pickup. I ordered the Japanese Pan noodles & Spicy Korean noodles.(Noodles on the left of photo are the Japanese Pan Noodles and the right is the spicy Korean). I didn't get any meats because it costs more. The Japanese Pan Noodles were FANTASTIC. They were really saucy and full of flavor. The spicy Korean noodles weren't too spicy but a good amount, they were also very good. I would substitute the noodles because I just prefer thicker ones. I also had many substitutions for the veggies and they got them all right! The service was very good as well. My order was ready right when I picked it up! I went to a couple places afterwards and it was still steaming hot about 30 minutes later. Visited this location with much excitement and anticipation this evening. Order two dishes with side salads and drinks. Would have assumed the salads would come out before the meal but all arrived at the same time :( The dish was cool to the touch and no steam was coming off the top so I asked the cashier if they could simply reheat them. She came to the table and felt the bowl (as if to challenge my statement) then the manager Steven came over. He did a good job and remade the dishes- unfortunately when the new dishes arrived my wife's had "wok spice" which are tiny flakes of carbon build up and my dish had about half the amount of chicken as the first dish.
