Due to a mistake on the employees’ part, I was told I would receive my completed board in the mail within a few weeks. That was April. It’s now June and I have not received the board, a refund, or any updates from the company, despite calling multiple times and even speaking with certain employees. I’m very disappointed, and I also lost $72 on this company. I would never suggest this company based on this situation, and I’m shocked by all the positive reviews. How has this only happened to one person? Still hoping...

We LOVE Board & Brush! Making a professional looking sign from scratch is no small feat, but they make it pretty easy. They post sales often with coupons available to save about $10. I've been here 3 times now, and each time had a great experience. The employees do a great job helping you, last time one girl helped a customer make a skyline from a photo she brought in from scratch. It looked great! She also helped me change a color I planned to use which turned out fantastic. Highly recommend!!! Great fun...

I enjoy going to Board and Brush, however, I do not recommend if you are pregnant. The smells and fumes from the stains are very powerful. I had to leave early because I had a headache and was dizzy (currently 19 weeks pregnant). There is not a lot of ventilation, combine this with 14 other people also staining their projects, it just wasn’t pleasant for me. My husband could smell the fumes in my hair...
