Normally, Taco Bell gives me food I expect to receive.... Lima Rd location next to Sam's Club has been lacking the last 3 times we've been there. Use to get a burrito that was filled decently, but lately, they barely put the main ingredient in there! Ordered chicken burritoes, and maybe there was 2 tiny teaspoons of chicken? Ordered bean burritoes, some having extras, like lettuce and tomatoe plus sour cream, and some were just bean and cheese. I opened them and it was mainly chopped onions, hardly had a smear of beans in them! All of them were mostly just bread, and not much of anything at all inside. I wanted to order some cheesy fiesta potatoes one night between 11- 12 at night, but they said they weren't doing ANY fried food... and they are open until extraordinarily late on a weekend night. If you can't get food from the whole menu, why be open at all? Also, I placed a large order another day, that had like 16 items, and when I paid... 10 seconds later the dude at the window hands me a tiny paper bag with someone else's cinnamon twists in it, and that was it. Then he closes the window. I sat there, and tapped the window, he opens it completely oblivious to what he just did. I had around a $36 - 40 order, and I just get a tiny bag of someone's cinnamon twists.... I had to say, this isn't mine... He looks confused like he doesn't get why... So, I said I had a Large order of several things... and then he was like OH. My bad. He grabs my tiny bag back, no appology. My take on the quality of help they're getting at that location, is pretty poor, or poorly trained, does sloppy work, can't make the food well to save their life, and where the drive thru order person is concerned, well... Read moreNot very good.. the lady that took my order was Alizabeth.. it was pretty late so there was a few cars ahead of us not a problem what I did have a problem with our food order wasn't right... I ordered a nacho Supreme with no tomatoes Tomatoes All Over my nachos... I'm allergic by the way.. I also ordered nacho fries with extra nacho cheese no extra cheese was put on it not a surprise there considering Tomatoes were on the nacho Supreme... So let's get to the drinks she made them as soon as they were ordered at the drive-thru the pop would have been fine the starburst freeze was melted when I asked her politely if she could give me a fresh one because it was melted she stated that that's the way the machine was operating... I stated that we've been in line for 10 + minutes so maybe that's why it was melted.. immediate attitude.... When she finally did fix my Starburst freeze she all but threw an overflowing cup out the window to me... Needless to say it got all over my van smdh... This isn't the first time the same lady has been rude actually borderline hostel... But I can guarantee it will be her last time being rude... If you don't like your job maybe you should find another... I don't want to give this restaurant any stars but I have to to...

I worked 12+ hrs today and haven't been to a taco bell in over a year, so forgive me for trying to ask questions on the menu that's changed. The pink haired chic couldn't answer anything more than the bare minimum that the menu already stated ("it's like and creamy"). Well I see the menu states that, but how does it compare to the original is what I asked as far as what's on it... She said "idk but it's good".
Then in explaining to her that it's been a while and that I was trying to read the menu in tiny font from the drive thru, she charged me for 2 items I didn't order. Got to the window and paid, looked at my receipt, and she got mad at me for telling her I didn't order 2 items.
She then got her hot dude manager (I assume) who refunded the items without question as I explained that I did not order them without any problem - other than her being frustrated in the background like I was some big problem.
