Was in the store trading in some cards towards more packs. Was looking to grab some MTG foundations packs and possibly more. I was waiting for him to look at my cards, this was right after store opening and as he is almost done helping me a customer walks in and he stops to sells those last 4 packs to the customer that came in as I was waiting for him. That's just disrespectful to me as a new customer in the store I understand cash is king but don't stop what you're doing and sell something I asked about from under my nose right in front me. That's just rude and bad for business. They weren't busy and I was the 2nd person in the store. At least give me a chance to make purchase. I had cash on hand to put towards products but that didn't matter. Not coming back here to these swindlers ever again. As I walk out he tells me cash is king. No respect the customer you were helping...

Went to this shop and it was a neat place. I brought a silver piece in to sell. The buyers assistant was very professional. The buyer on the other hand was rude and very unprofessional. I wanted $25 more than his offer and nicely told him the value of the piece and he threw the sale item down and said he's not interested and walked away. Never said have a good day or anything. Sad deal... I thought I found a descent place. I feel bad for workers if he treats them like customers coming to...
