When calling they don’t answer their phone, when you message them about something on Facebook to see if they have something they don’t reply. When going there in person to the store there is a very rude guy in there who doesn’t care about how a game looks and wants more than top dollar for it, and will not budge on the price when it’s cosmetically flawed, and turns around to insult me buy asking to buy one of yours for the same price when I don’t have a copy, (which is why I was asking to buy theirs when they are $20 above market value or going rates for the game). He was rude person in general. He also looked at me when I asked if I could pay $60 and he said no I won’t have a problem selling this game in its cosmetically flawed condition for his price. I also told them about this experience on Facebook to which I was deleted and then blocked, will never shop or set foot in this horrible establishment again, or purchase from them again, as a customer I have never dealt with anyone this rude, retro evolution needs to practice manners and learn proper...

First time going here. They had some good games and consoles in stock. I did not like the fact I could not go around the counter to get a better look at the PlayStation 1 and 2 games. When I want to look at games, I want to be able to grab them in reach but trust seems to be a big issue and that's not a good way to provide customer service. They can always keep the disc in a storage shelf or something. But most game stores keep away disc games locked in shelves or display cases if they're over a certain price. Pretty cool little store… we bought an old copy of Banjo Kazooie and also Halo 2… I have been wanting Halo 2 just to have the standard copy of the game along side my steel book game. I seen they had several copies so I thought, might as well, for it was cheap and convenient… not until later did I realize the employee had grabbed me a game case that had fake paper cover art… out of all the copies in the store I wish I could have chosen one for myself that was in a little better shape, so just a bit...
