Had a terrible experience here with a staff that just seemed like they didn't want to work. Drove up to the drive-thru and saw an employee who spent our entire first trip through the drive-thru smoking. Spent ten minutes in line with one car in line. The employee kept asking us to repeat what we said and when we eventually got our food, we were missing items that we asked for. I tried to go inside to get the missing items, but all the doors to the lobby were locked. After trying the lobby, I went through the drive-thru to try to get our missing items. Since we weren't charged for one of the missing items, they refused to make it even though we were willing to pay for it because they only took mobile orders at that time? We were just in the drive-thru less than ten minutes prior and all signs both in-person and online say they don't close until 2 AM on Saturdays and our first trip through the drive-thru happened at 9:40 PM. Why did they stop taking drive-thru orders at 9:53 PM? This just seems bizarre and I doubt this is actual store or corporate policy. Regardless, the fact that we didn't get the item we asked for was just silly. We also asked for mild sauce and they gave us Diablo sauce instead. To top it off, when we got home, we found out half of the items we did order were wrong. (Beef burritos instead of bean burritos, soft tacos instead of Doritos tacos.) Slow. Equipment constantly broken. Employees act like they could care less about the customer experience. Tacos thrown in bag upside down, which was ok as there was barely any meat or cheese in them anyway. Better off going to one of the other restaurants in this area and saving yourself some frustration.

Let me add that the order taker couldn't even bother to stand up to take my order. She had one of the bar stools from the customer lobby pulled back behind the register, with her phone in her hand and earbuds in her ears. She could barely be bothered to take my order and greeted me with a friendly "Yeah?" which i interpreted as "Welcome to Taco Bell, may I please take your order". I initially thought perhaps she was injured but then watched her get up to go to the back and noticed no walking casts, limps, or anything else to indicate an injured worker. When she came back, she plopped right back down on her stool and went back to playing on her phone and listening to music, until the next poor sucker came in and was greeted with another "yeah?". I am sorry but for 3pm in the afternoon on a Sunday, I would have expected much better service. Should have known better as this isnt the first time i have been disappointed here. Even tho I live 5 minutes from this location, I will be going up to the one on Maplecrest and Stellhorn...
