Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

We ordered at 5:11. The initial estimated delivery was 5:41. We called at 6:11 to check on the status of our delivery. The employee could not find our order and transferred us to a manager. The manager assured us that the pizza was already delivered. She put us on hold, at which point another employee connected to the line to take out order, adding to the confusion. The delivery was contactless so we repeatedly checked our door to no avail. The manager still insisted that the pizza had been delivered, implying that we were trying to get another pizza for free, but agreed to send “another” pizza. I’m almost positive they just delivered the first one to the wrong address. We have never had issues with any other delivery service or mail being stolen. We can clearly hear people approaching our door because we live in an apartment with loud wooden stairs. We finally received our pizza around 7. Also, even for contactless delivery you can still knock on the door to let someone know you delivered. The pizza was good.

*Update: The day after posting this review we were contacted by Pizza Hut and our order was refunded. So at least they tried to...

Our waitress, Belle, was extremely rude. The hostess asked her to wipe down our table before we were seated and she stomped over, rolled her eyes, and said to the hostess "it's already clean." While rolling her eyes. Then, when we ordered, she had a really rude tone with us the entire time and would roll her eyes and sigh. She did this with the other customers and other tables as well. When our drinks arrived, there was no ice. When our pizza arrived, we had to ask for straws, plates, silverware, and napkins because we were provided none. We asked very nicely with a smile. All she said "you should've checked the salad bar." And walked away. (There were no plates, napkins, or silverware at the salad bar). Still, we treated her with respect and had smiles. She dropped off the check- all she said was "pay at the front" and walked away. We tipped her because everyone deserves a liveable wage. Yet even to the last moment in the restaurant, she was shooting us dirty looks. It made us really uncomfortable and we won't return. We wish Belle only positive things in life and hope she has a better day...

So I used to frequent this establishment several times a month,but that won't be the case anymore. Went there a couple of Sunday's ago and tried to order my usual veggie pasta bowl add pepperoni, I was told you can't add anything to bowls only pizza so we asked could we buy some extra on the side we couldn't do that either. Monday morning I called to speak with the mgr, she surely wasn't friendly at all she said and I quote ""let me get real with cha, I cant keep up with my pepperoni inventory if we add extra to the bowls,so I'm enforcing the rule" so I politely said thats fine if that's your rule and you have a lovely restaurant, but we won't be frequenting there anymore. she said that was fine. I think if I managed a restaurant I'd try my best to make the customer happy because I'd want to try and keep the doors open. One more thing I don't understand if u can add extra pepperoni to pizza whats the difference in adding it to the bowl?? Extra is extra whether it's on a pizza...
