I go to the Starbucks quite a bit and I always get the same thing a grande caramel ribbon crunch. And every time I ask, can I please get lots and lots of caramel at the bottom and around the cup and basically every time it’s like they do not listen or they just don’t understand what lots and lots of caramel is because I never get the drink I ask for, I always tip them anywhere from two dollars to five dollars one time I tipped $10 because I felt bad for asking them to remake my drink how I like it. And once again this morning I went again I asked for the same thing, and even when I got to the window , I asked nicely if they could please make sure I get lots and lots of caramel because so far every time I’ve come in the last few days they do not put lots of caramel like I like and once again my drink was not made to my liking I feel like if I’m spending basically $10 for a drink Because that’s tip included that I should get the drink I asked for I really just do not understand how they can’t comprehend what I mean when I say lots and lots of caramel I like the drink to have a crap ton of caramel and I just cannot stand it when they cannot get it right and it is so simple. It’s not like I’m asking for this complicated thing And of course I hate complaining so I don’t complain to them or ever say anything I just drive off and get extremely disappointed that they did not make my...
Read moreA Heartwarming, Caffeinated Experience at Starbucks
Recently, I took my daughters to Starbucks for a little treat, and as always, the experience was as smooth as a perfectly crafted caramel macchiato. They ordered their favorite drinks, indulged in delicious cake pops, and were welcomed with the kind of warmth that makes you feel like a VIP—if VIPs were fueled by caffeine and joy.
The baristas were not only professional but had that signature Starbucks charm—effortlessly balancing speed, precision, and genuine friendliness. The atmosphere? A blend of rich coffee aromas, soft chatter, and an undeniable sense of community. Even the customers seemed to be in great spirits, proving that coffee isn’t just a beverage—it’s an experience.
Now, while I can’t ignore the fact that a trip to Starbucks sometimes feels like a minor financial investment, the quality, service, and overall vibe keep us coming back. (But hey, Starbucks, if you're reading this—maybe a happy hour that lasts all day?)
Despite the location not being the most picturesque, the moment you step inside, all of that fades away, replaced by the comforting hum of espresso machines and the promise of a good day ahead.
Final verdict? A resounding thumbs up! Starbucks, you never fail to keep our cups full and our...
Read moreEven with as long of lines as they get and how busy they are during the morning rush, you would never guess it based on how personable and great this team is! I always appreciate coming into this location. I'm usually a drive-thru person but this place is always worth going into! It also seems like they really work together as a team and not as individuals working together.
Just note that if you are in a rush, especially in the morning, either order ahead or be patient with the employees, because you have been warned that the drive thru lines at this location are the same as the lines at McDonald's for dinner time across the street...
Plus getting frustrated at them for something they can't control is pointless, rude, and just puts them in a bad mood so my drink might not come out as good if you're too much of a ...
It's also the holidays, let's take care of the people that are taking care of us! The customer may always be right, but the employees always are still people with feelings!
I've been a leader for busy retail and know that impact a customer can have not only on the employee but the streamline of the rest of the day. Everybody just be nice! They...
