We got put into an exam room about 5-6 minutes after checking in but waited 2 hours before a doctor come into the room to see my son. The nurses and doctor got a attitude with my boyfriend after he asked how much longer. After the doctor finally came in he completely ignored my BF and my BF was with our son when he got his injury. After I told the doctor I wasn't there and don't know much of what happened he continued to be rude to my BF and ignored him when he tried to talk to the doctor. Most likely people go here because it's convenient but it's a waste of time. They hurry to put someone into a room but take forever to see them. If they put you in a room and you walk out the "patient" or their caregiver will be responsible for the bill. Even after they bill the insurance. If St. Joe was still in business you would have better luck there. I would recommend Parkview or the main Lutheran Hospital first.

Went there with a friend (Ed) who was picking up some scrubs for his work. Visited the thrift store next door which had excellent prices. Got back into his van and lo, because of the heat, the battery was dead. We looked around and happened to notice an Advance Auto across the street. During the time we were "stranded," the gentleman in the scrub shop saw us and our delema and brought us a couple of cold drinks. Ed went across the street to borrow a jump starter battery, which worked flawlessly. Drove over to Advance and they put a battery in for us and off we went. A potential disastrous experience turned into something not too unpleasant to share on Google. Bad part was $150 for the battery, but it could have been a whole lot worse. Incidentally, we were offered jump starts by several people, and Ed now knows to bring his...

Wasnt happy with them at all my son had second degree burns on his face . They were to worried about him not having the covid shot did not want to be in his room looked at him for not even 2 min wanted to call his cell phone too discuss his treatment told him to go see the burn unit and prescribed over the counter meds 200$ later for nothing.
