Paper Mill on The Landing — Local services in Fort Wayne

This is a beautiful venue located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne!

We had the best experience with the entire team here at Paper Mill, and the space is absolutely gorgeous. The entire process of booking, planning, and communicating with the Paper Mill team was seamless as they made sure to walk thru any of our questions (and we had quite a few since getting married can be stressful 😊) and give us the necessary info to make decisions for our big day. Everyone we talked to was super sweet!

The venue itself was wonderful. After touring it about a year before our date, we just knew that it was the perfect setting for our wedding. The white brick walls, black ceiling, and unique chandeliers gave the space the perfect amount of personality while also still giving creative freedom when choosing the rest of the decor. Our guests could not/would not stop talking about the intimate feel of the venue (while also not feeling small at all, we had 145 people in there) and the details that made everything pop.

The location was perfect, allowing our guests to stay in hotels nearby while also providing places for people to eat, explore, etc. since the venue is located on The Landing. I know our guests talked about all the cute places they wanted to explore while they were in town.

Lastly, every vendor of ours, whether they had worked with Paper Mill before or not, had nothing but great things to say about the venue. And that includes my husband and I, we cannot recommend it enough—thank you so much for everything!

I just got married and had my reception at the Papermilll!! They are an INCREDIBLE venue to work with. The staff had amazing communication throughout the entire process. This includes the sales manager, day of coordinator and bar manager! They all responded to my questions within hours every time I had something to ask. They even had a monthly layout for us to make sure we knew an appropriate timeline leading up to the big day. The bride and groom suite on site was perfect for the day of and getting ready photos. The bridal suite is essentially a salon in itself. This venue is so well decorated with lighting, wall decor, and furniture. We were able to save so much on decor because there wasn’t much to decorate with the venue being so beautiful. Our pictures we’ve received have turned out amazing because of this!! We received so many compliments on how nice the venue was and how great the bar staff was. The location is perfect if you have lots of out of town guests because it’s walking distance from so many hotels. The day of they made sure everything went smoothly and worked extremely well with all my vendors. We had lost an item at the venue (by fault of one of the groomsmen, not anyone working that day) and they helped us look for it and we did find it! They go above and beyond for their customers. We got married at The Paper Mill back in September and loved it. The industrial look fit what we were envisioning for our wedding day perfectly. Lighting and overall style of the venue made for amazing pictures. We received a ton of compliments on the venue from our wedding guests who had not been there before. Being on The Landing also makes for such a cool location to take wedding photos outside around town. Our bartenders were fantastic, incredibly friendly and quick with service. We were also able to use a third party caterer as well. Both the bridal suite and the room for the groomsmen worked out great even with having a large wedding party. We held both our ceremony and reception at The Paper Mill and were able to seamlessly transition between the two which was a huge plus.
