Today Sunday may the 4th and not a regular I'm giving a 1-star review due to a concerning lack of customer orientation during my visit. This was particularly surprising for a donation store. I observed a lack of inventory responsibility among staff and a general absence of managerial professionalism, issues that often stem from leadership. Today, I intended to purchase two long-sleeved items, anticipating the advertised $1.99 discount running from the 9th to the 11th – a promotion that suggested an effort to move seasonal merchandise. Upon arriving, I realized I was a few days early. I spoke with a staff member and offered what I felt was a reasonable price for the two used long-sleeved items that interested me, as their current price seemed high, especially considering the imminent sale. While the staff member was understanding and offered to speak with the manager, my request was denied. I explained my perspective to the manager and expressed my concern, yet they preferred to forgo a potential sale. Drawing on my experience in business marketing and management, I found the manager's demeanor unkind and unprofessional, lacking the customer service approach necessary for a retail environment that appeared to be burdened with excess stock. After a brief attempt to find a compromise, I declined the purchase and left empty-handed.

UPDATE To the owner: not sure how it is that we lack to negotiate potential sales specially when I as a prospect customer asset not a liability or someone else in principle has to go through a manager.. however your idea of keeping consistent and and commitment to fairness seems questionable. I will be solely be returning to your store during your provided days in the intent to buy those two items and will purchase each for 1.99 as scheduled to be advertised as while they still may perhaps be around...thanks for...

I don’t think that it is correct for the cashier to question the prices of the shoes or clothing. I just had a cashier question how much these shoes were because she thought they should be more expensive. Like WHAT??? What they are marked out on the floor is what I am buying them for and what the cashier should ring them up for and just ring them up and let me pay and leave this is the second time the same girl has questioned the price of some thing after I’m already at the register and this time it was because this pair of shoes had two of those security tags on them. She said well usually because they have two tags on them they should be more expensive and I was like well if they’re more expensive I’m not buying them. That’s why I’m at a thrift store. HELLO. They were 6.99 and the tag was green and it was half off that day so I was getting them for 3.50 so I don’t know what the deal was for the difference between seven dollars and $3.50 why she had to make sure the shoes shouldn’t be marked more expensive that’s ridiculous. I really really hope a manager reads this review because this has happened to me more than once with different items and it just delays me checking out. I like to shop around here when I have free time but I need to leave I need to leave and this just delays me leaving and it also makes me feel very uncomfortable. It’s like she’s questioning if people are messing with the prices or something if this happens again I’m gonna start thrifting...

I've been there twice once last week, I saw a coat I wanted to buy it had no tag on it So they wouldn't sell it to me..I asked for manager they told me the person that prices is not there. I went back yesterday the coat was still there I tried to buy it again they told me it was wrong tag didn't have same size the coat had on it.. Couldn't sell to me again. I asked if someone was there to price it right, they told me they left two hours before... Something is fishy about this. I thought the girls I talked to were rude and not good with customer service.. My God they couldn't make a deal on it just put a price tag on it So I could buy it!! For Pete's sack it a thrift store! They had plenty coats to sell, they just acted so stingy! I have put this out on Facebook and will continue telling story because not right. And some of their shoes are to ridiculously...
