I don't write reviews but this really ticked me off. I have never had a problem with Starbucks EVER!!!! I have been in customer service for over 20 years.I have worked down the street from this Starbucks for 5 years now and have gotten Starbucks from this location at least once a week. I ALWAYS order a VENTI iced white mocha latte with blond espresso, extra espresso, no ice , no whip and it has always been right. My company makes a list with our orders and someone at my work drives to Starbucks, gives them the list and they make our order. We always order over $200 worth of food and drinks. Today I ordered for myself only through the app (I am new to the app) and when I picked it up on the way to work it was all milk. Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not notice the color of the drink until I got to work. I called right away and spoke to someone regarding my concerns and he said "that's the way I ordered it" but he wanted to fix it. He said when there is no ice in a drink they top it off with milk. I was shocked, especially when I order EXTRA ESPRESSO that defeats the purpose of a coffee drink. He wanted me to come at lunch to pick up another one. I said okay, I am always okay to making things right, so I agreed and thanked him. I have ordered this drink for 5 years now, I know how I ordered it. However, I WILL NOT pay $10 for milk. Multiple co-works have also gotten the same drink as well and its been correct. I go back during my lunch to pick up my new drink and its the same one. ALL MILK!!!!!!! After speaking to the one of the employees, it was clear they were not going to work with me to fix it. I asked how many shots they put in the venti latte when a customer orders and he kept going around the question and finally said "I don't know but every extra shot is extra." I said "Okay, when my work company makes a $200+ order and it says "extra espresso on the list how many more shots do yall put in the Venti Latte?" He replied "I don't know." I was baffled, I asked the same question 2 more times and he had the same response and added "this is the way you ordered it. " I am aware that that is the way I order it but this time I did through the app. I just wanted to know how to order it in the future which he could not help me and he was not going to help me either. I am very disappointed that Starbucks just "puts more milk in it to top it off" when someone asks for no ice. Just to be clear, I did not order extra milk! So the order is wrong. The manager kept walking by, she asked 2 times what was wrong, the employee explained, she noticed I was upset and had nothing to offer and just walked away both times. The manager did nothing to fix it or even talk to me. I can see why the employee did not have good customer service. Starbucks is a multi billion dollar company fixing my order is pocket change. Long story short, they could of just sincerely apologized, offered to fix it with another shot instead of more milk and sent me on my way. NOPE, they did not do anything. After being a loyal customer at this location for 5 years and getting a $200+ Starbucks at least once a week, I will be take my business and my company's business else where. I asked for a refund a and left. Shame on you Starbucks!! FYI: If I ordered the same drink but only ordered the ingredients in a latte it would less then $4 to make with the extra espresso. I will post a picture of the crap...
Read moreA Five-Star Affair at Starbucks (6405 North Beach, Fort Worth, TX)
Some mornings demand more than just caffeine. They require the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and soul-warming sips—a trifecta of satisfaction. And on this particular visit to Starbucks at 6405 North Beach in Fort Worth, that’s exactly what I found.
The lineup? • Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich – a masterclass in breakfast simplicity. • Iced Lemon Loaf – the zesty, sweet contrast that made the meal complete. • A fresh, hot cup of Starbucks drip coffee – the dependable star that never disappoints.
This wasn’t just a breakfast. This was an experience.
Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich: Five Stars for Cheesy My Neezy
At first glance, it’s an unassuming sandwich. But take one bite, and it’s clear: this thing is built for indulgence.
Let’s break it down: • The brioche bun—buttery, slightly sweet, and toasted just enough to add a bit of structure. • The egg—fluffy, rich, and far from the rubbery afterthought that fast-food breakfast often delivers. • The Gouda—creamy, smoky, and the secret weapon that ties it all together. • And finally, the bacon—thinly sliced but perfectly crisp, bringing just the right amount of salty-savory bite.
It’s a sandwich that doesn’t try to be too much. It’s simple. But the combination is flawless. It’s not greasy, it’s not overwhelming—it’s just right.
Iced Lemon Loaf: The Citrusy Counterpoint
If the sandwich is comfort food, the Iced Lemon Loaf is the wake-up call.
Dense yet moist, each slice delivers a bright, tangy punch of lemon that feels both indulgent and refreshing. The thick vanilla icing adds a creamy sweetness that balances the tartness. Every bite is like sunshine in cake form.
Some pastries fade into the background of a coffee order, but not this one. This loaf demands your attention.
The Coffee: Classic, Dependable, Perfect
Of course, no Starbucks experience is complete without coffee.
And here’s the thing about Starbucks’ drip coffee—it’s consistently good. Whether hot or cold, it delivers a smooth, full-bodied richness that never tastes burnt or bitter.
What made this visit special? They brewed it fresh and brought it to me—a small gesture that made a big impact. That’s the kind of service that turns a routine stop into a memorable experience.
Final Verdict: A Perfect Morning, One Bite at a Time
From the first bite of the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich to the last sip of coffee, everything about this breakfast hit the mark.
This wasn’t just a meal—it was a perfectly orchestrated balance of flavors and textures. The savory, the sweet, and the sip-it-all-day coffee combined for a five-star breakfast experience.
So if you find yourself at the Starbucks on North Beach in Fort Worth, do yourself a favor—order the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich, grab a slice of Iced Lemon Loaf, and don’t skip the coffee.
Some mornings just deserve that level...
Read moreI have been here before and usually understand there will be a wait but this morning was very disappointing. After waiting and seeing other people who ordered the drinks after get theirs before me I asked about my drink order and they had no idea what my order was then they figured it out they told me it had been ready just sitting there name not called…my drink was all foam and no coffee after mentioning it a girl offered to remake the drink and I said sure thanks then some other woman approached and though she was very cheery she was very rude and obnoxious and loud..she said “oh what’s the issue? She doesn’t like cold foam ok just remove the cold foam” I replied and said “No, that’s not what I’m saying I just don’t want that much…” I then showed another employee a picture of what I ordered and also that way they could get it right the second time around..I didn’t order anything complicated..the woman then interrupts and says “ma’am it’s being taken care of” I immediately said “I’m not talking to you”…she was very rude and unprofessional. After waiting patiently and even tipping them it was uncalled for..I know when someone disguises themselves as a nice person but they are not. Instead of apologizing for the delay not calling my name and getting my order wrong they huddled up and started whispering then I heard the woman say “I don’t care” like are we in middle school lol As I waited she then tried to make small talk with me asking me how my day was and what a good Monday and how be happy to be alive and wake up like leave me alone I just want my...
