I ordered two large pizzas at 6.51 pm. I ordered delivery. After waiting 56 minutes for the order I called the store to find out why my pizza was late. The female who answered the phone said she didn't know. She said let me connect you to someone who knows and she connects me to a fax machine. I call again they get the manager who says she is sorry that it had been placed as carry out. I said no I ordered delivery as I have no car. She apologized and offered to remake the order free of charge. I was upset ,and not sure I could trust any order received but I agreed. I waited another hour , I call a young man answers, I give him my name ,he says we've already dispatched your order, and it's free. I called again i got the answers service ,told her I was waiting for another hour and would like to speak to the store manager who told me my order would be here in 30 to 35 minutes, but it was an hour again. The answering service connects me again to the fax machine. I call again ,while I I'm calling there's a knock on my door. I hang up the call that is still ringing anyway. I answer the door to see a Pizza Hut employe has put my pizza on the floor of my door step and is driving away. I pick up my order its cold . I try to call again but while I'm calling my doorbell rings, another young man says he has my order and it just came out ,he says he's sorry for all the trouble, that the order i received on the door step was a mistake ( it was not i looked at it. ) and to just keep it anyway. Read moreABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. last night we put in a large order through the app at 8 PM. It didn’t get delivered to us until 940 and it was marked delivered at 9:15 when we called for the second update their manager jose had no idea what had happened. The driver had left the pizza at the the store so It was sitting on the counter for who knows how long when we finally got it, it was cold and it was burnt that wasn’t even the biggest issue. The biggest issue was their customer service or lack there of. Nobody wanted to give us their regional supervisor‘s name which is not allowed. It’s public information, not sure why they were so scared of giving out general information. this morning I called again and this clearly incompetent lady answered and was extremely rude. She hung up on me after I very nicely asked for the regional supervisors information. She said that he was “Indian and he doesn’t want to be bothered while he’s in India for over a month” and I said that was fine. I just wanted his contact information because he should be aware of what was going on in his store. and she hung up on me. i called again and I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give me that either and hung up AGAIN. Clearly, the store needs to be used as an example for training opportunities in the franchise. Somebody needs to contact me as soon as possible. Read moreYour service people at N Beach Street in Fort Worth are very nice and personable. it took me off and on 35-45 minutes to create an account online to benefit from online coupons and then finally got the order placed with my credit card online. It said 20-30 minutes and after being online for so long trying to set up a personal account, i read the rest of the small print that said to text/call when we get there and park in curbside parking area for no contact delivery for the car into the trunk of our car. When we got there i could not figure out how to let them know we were there cuz i have my phone # but couldnt remember if i put my fathers cell # in the Pizza Hut app since we paid on his card. Anyway, I went ahead and went inside to explain and they said our order was still in the oven for maybe 5 more minutes so i left a $10 bill and asked that they split it as a tip added to the automatic 15% tip charged on the order and went back to the car. 10 minutes later she brought it out and put it in the trunk and i was so happy since i was starving by then. Well we got home 2 minutes later our Detroit Style double pepperoni with pineapple was cold in the middle with cold pineapple mixed in.
