We received one of their floppy to USB drives. It did not arrive on time and took several contacts to finally get it after we had paid extra to have it 2 dayed. For the delay they gave us a small thumb drive. Now that we have it, it doesn't appear to work as advertised (read seek error). We've reached out every day this week to attempt to get any sort of support as they did guarantee that it would work in our hurco machine. They have not answered calls or support tickets.
Update:. They finally answered one of my bosses emails in which they claimed I wasn't answering them. My boss was furious at me until I showed her all my call logs, the unresponded to tickets, and the emails. It's one thing to not respond and only hurt yourself. It's another to lie and attempt to cost someone their job because of your piss poor support. They still haven't answered any of our questions. Only responded to play the blame game.

Absolute game changer. I don't know who this mysterious head tech is, but DION saved the company image in my eyes. I also spoke with Josh who was respectful, but not as knowledgeable with our case, so he wasn't able to provide the answers we were seeking. THANK YOU! They repaired the data board at an affordable price and it's on it's way back to me now.

Then when installed, it simply didn't work, and after many emails with their tech support the finally admitted the unit needed further development, and suggested I return the faulty unit for a refund. So far, 1 year later, after returning the unit with information and an USB drive to help them troubleshoot the issue, numerous emails with them (Aaron, Dillon) and even receiving an RMA form, they went silent and never reimbursed me.
