The service here is terrible and management is no help at all. I've waited 20 minutes for curbside orders where I've had to go in and ask where my order is, and they tell me my order isn't on the video board. Then, they find it sitting on a low shelf. Have to remake it bc it's completely cold now. And what was supposed to be a quick stop for fast food becomes a 30-minute ordeal. But when they have their stuff flowing right, it's a great location.
UPDATE: Just went here after not going for 2 months bc their service had gotten really bad and then they were renovating the location. But no big surprise, nothing has changed with the service. Ordered a patty melt at 11:25a for curbside pick up between 11:35a and 11:40a. Pulled into space 4 at 11:35a and checked in. Proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes before i finally decided to go in and ask where my food was. As you can see from the picture, the only orders on their expo screen were for me and 1 other person out there at curbside. When the employee told the manager about my order he didn't even look up at the expo screen, just asked what it was and told them to tell me that they didn't have any Texas toast. I told them i don't care what kind of bread it is that i had 5 minutes left in my lunch break and needed to get back to work. It took them another 5 minutes to make the food that they had apparently never started in the 17 minutes i had been waiting. I wont be going back to this locations now. I can see his is just how they do things here...
Read moreWas not busy inside and there was not a long line in the drive thru. Took almost 20 minutes to get one meal order. Unacceptable when I go through the drive thru to hurry...and the service is slow.
Update 8/23/22: gave it another try, and got the wrong burger. Since the drive thru is always slow, I ordered online. Went back to get what I ordered because the meal was pricey. Waited about 5 minutes and got my burger. I opened it in my car just to make sure it was made the way I originally ordered, and it was completely wrong! I went back in and just asked for a refund. There seems to be no leadership there to make sure orders are correct. The cashier took my receipt which had all the details in it, and still they got it wrong. Observation must be hard for this particular Whataburger. Completely wasted my lunch dealing with this issue. It may be within walking distance from my work, but I'm over this clown show. If by chance someone sees this post, the order number was 46923801. Just horrible! I know someone who works here part time, and I told them I'm going there to help support his job...he laughed and said not to worry because this particular Whataburger has employees that just flat out don't care. Read moreI've been coming to this Whataburger for over 6 years and tonight I never seen it like how they did it tonight. Having cars pull around, piled up at the front, one after another. They didn't match orders with car colors to make it easier either. So my order was almost given away to another car that pulled in front of me. I tried to call and give constructive criticism and the lady named Sharice [one of the night shift mngrs] hung up in my face. I don't mind as a customer to wait, as long as I get what I pay for and the food is fresh. That was the issue I had in calling to inform her. There was unnecessary back and forth with me telling her my complaint. She was making it obvious that she didn't want to understand at all by telling me she has NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT on her. So when I being the customer decides to make one she yells at me about it in disbelief. I get that customers are not always right but the issue here was not me trying to be right but just trying to ensure that if a customer has to wait for their food ATLEAST PUT WHAT THEY ORDER & PAY FOR IN THE BAG & MAKE...
