Arrived at 10:35 a.m with one vehicle in front of me in the drive through. Waited more than 5 minutes before I could advance to the order board. Once I was at the order board, I waited another couple of minutes before anyone ever asked me what I wanted to order. After placing my order, the lady (LaToya) told me they were out of cole slaw. I changed the side to pepper poppers instead, which costs $1 extra. After I completed my order she said “alright” and that was it. Not “pull to the window” no “your total is this amount”, no repeat of the order, so after a prolonged moment of silence, I assumed she was finished so I pulled around to the window where the car that had been in front of me was waiting at the window. I sat for ten minutes waiting for the truck in front to receive their food and complete their transaction. When I pulled up to the window to pay, LaToya informed me that they were out of sweet tea. How a restaurant that’s been open for less than an hour can be out of tea is mind boggling, but my daughter was fine with substituting a soft drink for the tea. A couple of minutes later, LaToya came back to the window and informed me that they were also out of corn nuggets. My daughter begrudgingly changed to mac and cheese instead. After completing the transaction and receiving our food, I said thank you to LaToya which was received with a drive thru window being closed in my face. Additionally, it was 10:52 as we were pulling away from the drive thru, and since my daughter and I only get a 30 minute lunch break where we work, we had less than 5 minutes left to eat when we returned to work. Additionally, I was up charged $1 for corn nuggets that they were out of, but the up charge wasn’t removed from the bill so I got up charged for an item I didn’t receive and didn’t initially want. Customer service is key in any food service establishment, and LaToya lacks that skill set. The food was mediocre at best, and not having multiple items available that are listed on the menu board is very off putting. If the review system allowed me to give lees that one star, it would have been zero. Definitely won’t...
Read moreThis is my first time at this location and my absolute last! One of the worst fast food experiences ever. I went through the drive-thru. You can barely hear anything. The little rude young children you have working there are ridiculously rude! When I got to the window the little girl did not speak took my card without saying thank you. I ordered four different sides. Fries, okra, Mac and cheese, and green beans. The little girl with the attitude, handed me a BAG of fries and okra with the cups of mac and cheese and green beans on top of the fries!!! I parked my car and went back in and very kindly asked her to please separate my sides and not throw them all in the same bag together. Once again she did not speak there was no smile on her face. She never said a word to me! She snatched the bag off the counter and went and separated my items. She brought the food back in proper containers, but still never said a word to me just handed it to me. As I'm standing at the counter waiting for my food, a couple that was dining in, were coming back to the counter because they messed up their order. That customer said she "should have went to Taco Bell instead". Everyone in there looks like children trying to run a business. I will never ever come back to this place and will suggest that anyone else that I know not patronize this place. Going by the previous reviews you guys as a company doesn't really care about customer service training. Nasty food and horrible...
Read moreTonight I drove up to the drive thru at 8:30. I had to ask that the lights be turned on so I could see the menu. Really?? It was dark around 8:00. They were not busy at all. I order my food & drive straight to the window. No cars were in front of me. The guy asked me what did I order. Really? This was after he repeated my order & gave me the total just 5 seconds ago. I get home & get my food ready. I opened the gravy & it was runny, like water. I opened up the coleslaw & it smelled bad, so straight to the trash. I took a bite of the mashed potatoes & oh my God......it tasted as if it had sat out for days. It was sour. After that, in the trash it all went. The only thing that tasted good was the Pepsi. S, I PAID $12.43 for a Pepsi. I will NEVER go back to that location again. My advice is to not hire these young kids to be left alone to run the place unless you have an older manager on site to make sure that the customers are satisfied. By that, I mean, make sure the food is cooked properly, keep up with how old the food is before serving it to the customers. Would also be a plus to teach these younger kids to pay attention when a customer speaks. The guy gave me the food & said here ya go. Not thank you & have a good evening. He does not belong in this business, he has no people skills & NOT...
