Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Forest Hill

This place is horrible!! Make sure you guys are checking you’re receipts. I had an incident that happened for The second time on 02/22/2025 so one of the employees added a tip for themself on my carry out order not just that they also signed it for me. The manager who I spoke to (COLYN) was the rudest and not very helpful I myself work in customer service and would never act like he did as a (manager). He refused to give me the girls name because he believed she isn’t capable of doing such thing. All I know is she is another manager at that store so they might be in it together. (thinking about it how many other customers have they done this to) Like I said this was the SECOND time it’s happened the first time I took it upon with my bank,this time around I thought I would bring it to there attention but worst mistake ever!! He said he would refund me NEVER received anything which at that point the money wasn’t the problem anymore now I’m wondering why a manager is comfortable enough to re print out a merchant copy ADD A TIP FOR HER SELF AND SIGN MY SIGNATURE. Pizza Hut In Foresthill I placed order at 5 37pm food didn't arrive till 7. Upon opening my wings and pizza the packaging was crumbled and neither carton was sealed! The wings looked like someone had taken some out of it cause it wasn't a full order and the packaging was not sealed and crushed. Pizza was cold and hard. Called restaurant 4 times after being put on hold to speak to manager about my order and delivery of order. His excuse was they were short drivers and had to assign doordash for delivery. He offered to redo order or credit me 15$ on my next order from the restaurant. I chose redo and deliver my order ASAP. Called restaurant at 9PM about my redo order and manager said O, it's still here at the restaurant I don't know why it didn't get picked up. I told him to keep it and credit my next order 15 funky dollars to my next order from their restaurant. Manager didn't seem to concerned talking almost nonchalant like it is what it is I almost gave him some choice words but I didn't want unwanted ingredients in my food. Last 3x I ordered pizza it took over 2hrs to be delivered first time ok it was a Saturday night busy I understand rush hour for pizza next 2 times middle of week during random times that where not dinner or lunch hours everytime pizza was stale and cold the problem is I live .6 miles away literally a 5 min walk but I have multiple small children who I would have to pack up cold weather to pick up I pay for the convenience of delivery period and 2 hrs to deliver pizza a football field away is pathetic no excuse this last time I wanted to just test it out so I placed the order and waited purposely knowing it wasn’t goin to come anytime soon so after 1:45 mins I went up there and asked where’s my pizza the tracker said out for delivery 85 mins ago I like across the street did they get lost my pizza was Literally jus sitting on the counter and they handed it to me I’m like so I’m suppose to take this cold 2hr old pizza dry stale and not even get a refund considering I had to come get it and they said nothing they can do the pizzas will be delivered when they are delivered ok and I will never spend a dime worth Pizza Hut ever again for the rest of my life even tho the pizza is great when cooked and delivered fresh I rather eat a boot before I order...
