I went into Pop Shelf looking for crafts, and art supplies for my mom with early onset dementia. I was greeted by a sales associate named Kresha. She not only helped me with some great supplies, but actually listened to me, and gave me great input on craft ideas to do with my mom. She was above and beyond just a regular associate doing their job, but she took time away from the business of stocking, and facing the store for Christmas. As as I entered, a worker told me about the sales and discounts. When I tried 2 purchase the clearance items, I was told they were full price. That they were in the wrong place due 2 a customer. I got 70% discounts on the bowls, but not the most expensive item. Still full price. Good thing I had a reward on my account. That helped the situation some.
