Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Went in with a friend ordered food, the place was dead and we were the only customers. We stood by the side and waited for it to be made near the bathrooms.Saw a cook leave the MENS bathroom seconds after we heard the toilet flush, his hands didn’t appear moist or as if he had washed them. He walked into the kitchen put on an apron and went to the line grabbed some veggies with his hands threw into a container. He began making my order and I was unsettled as it’s basic practice to wash your hands once you enter the kitchen. We spoke with the manager about this and she turned around and asked him about him washing his hands. He lied in front of us to her told her he did after he threw on his apron however me and my friend saw otherwise. We asked for an immediate refund once done, they began arguing in a different language . The man called me a liar and said a few colorful words about me, I don’t think he realized I also spoke that language. Regardless haven’t felt comfortable returning to this place since the incident and when I reached out to corporate about it never got...

Ordered Pad Thai and it was not the greatest. Ive ordered from other local restaurants and it was more appealing looks wise and flavor. Noodles were soggy, flavor bland. I doctored it a lot when I got home with some veggies, seasoning and soy sauce.

Then I was expected to take a very hot dish home with no bag, loose napkins and a fork that wasn't wrapped after the girl handled. She offered a bag that was "too big" but I said yes please because it was too hot to carry. Who wants to burn their hands? Then it was upside down in the bag as she handed it to me and I had to turn over and sort out when I stepped outside. Seriously!!

I threw the unwrapped fork away. Please get proper to go Prewrapped utensils. Even in store I don't want to use what they've handled so freely with no gloves.

Restaurant appeared clean, only 4 guests were there, good location. Just need some minor improvements. Unfortunately we won't return. ...

I called last minute for a huge order of white rice, basically a catering size order of rice. I needed this huge order of rice to make a filipino dessert. This was my first time at this location. I am extremely impressed about the fast and friendly service, and they were able to accommodate me with such a huge order. It was dinner time as well. This is the cleanest Pei Wei, Ive ever stepped into. I know its new, but employees were either cleaning, cooking, or with customers! I spoke with Lindsey, and then actually got my daughter and I dinner last minute. Their new protein bowls! OMG! They are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I will be back not only because the food was fabulous, but our family will be dinning in because of the fast friendly service, and atmosphere. Employees seemed happy, manager was extremely patient with my questions, and it was everything and more I could expect. I highly recommend...
