This wingstop has terrible customer service. Upon arrival one of the employees mumbled somethi. I asked if he could repeat himself he spoke so fast I had no idea what he was saying apparently he was attempting to say. “Is this for pickup or do you want to place an order?” Once I ordered my food so was quoted 18-20 min as I retreated back to my car I set a 15min alarm. At the 15min I walked up to the counter asked for the name on my food when I checked it the order was incomplete & incorrect and cold. I asked the person at the counter to please get the person that actually quoted me the time he stated he was reading from the screen however he clearly could see me in my car waiting. As they were playing around and had the music up like we were in CLUB WING STOP at the very least they could have motioned for me to come and get my food because they were in and out playing around in the lobby. At one point one of the workers was cross contaminating handling food with the same hands he was taking out the trash with is disguting. I asked who was the manager on duty and one of the unprofessional people pointed to a sign. I was pleasant I said please and thank you. I even asked if they could repeat things because they couldn’t and wouldn’t look anyone in the eye. There are lots of children working in this facility without manners or customer service training. I blame the Owner/Franchisee because lack of training plays a major part in this. I wonder if all of the workers have a Food Handlers Card that’s up to date because the way they were handling chicken then money was despicable. Read moreI was asked for my name and I spelled it out for her. I placed my order and asked the Host Tianah how long it would take. She told me 20 mins. I took a walk outside for about 15 mins and came back. I then realized it was over 20mins I asked about my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I sat there for another few minutes and another Host asked me for my name and went to look for my order again and he saw nothing he asked Tianah what I ordered and he went to look back for it again. Immediately Afterwards I saw a customer that ordered after me and get their order. The host Tianah at that point looked at me because she knew I was getting ready to say something. Her coworker brought an order to her and said this has to be it but the name said Lina and Tianah looked at said yeah it is. Tianah then looked at me and said they just brought it out and I said to her no they didn’t because I was watching the whole time. What annoyed me about it all is I placed my order at 7:10pm and didn’t get my order until almost 7:50pm. Meanwhile they were all standing there (About 4-5 of them) having a conversation at the counter. No sense of urgency or concern to what’s going on. As I walked out, one of them said sarcastically to me “Adios”. This was extremely rude and distasteful. I was already hesitant to order from Wingstop because of a previous experience I had somewhere else but this was confirmation that I would not return again. Read moreLet me just say that when this location first opened, the service was excellent. They seemed to almost fight over greeting you and who would take your order. The food was good too and the orders were accurate. Hadn't been in a while so I placed a mobile order for pickup. Walk in, 3 people at the counter talking and laughing that didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Finally, the girl looked at me...I guess that's my cue to say something, tell them my name, they handed me the order. I took a quick peek in the bag standing right there because I ordered extra ranch. It was not there so I told the girl, she looked in my bag as if I needed to lie about dipping sauce, then walks back saying something under her breath to the other guy, he looks at me and they both laugh as she walks back up handing me the ranch. Shame on me for asking for something I paid for. I said "thank you" and walked out. I'm a mature adult who refuses to stoop to the level of ignorance. The workers will be the demise of this location. Close it and put in something useful like a Zaxby's. I'll continue to patronize other locations even though this one is down the street...
