It was good, not super awesome but not terrible. I went there with family & friends, nine total. You fall in line to order, self serve your fountain drinks, they bring your food to you. Foodwise, not bad! I had bulgogi fried rice. It was pretty good... it was salty, I personally like things that way, so just be aware if I say it's salty it may be too much for the next person. The japchae was good as well! I didn't try the spicy items myself but those in my group that had spicy items mentioned their spice level is up there! They do give generous portions & they are easy to pack up with the containers they serve them in - lids are already provided so that's nice. Two things though... when we arrived there was only one couple there. We put some of the tables together, & they were ALL dirty. My cousin clearly started wiping them off with just napkins... I feel like they could've offered assistance rather than just watching us especially when there were at least two people at the counter with no customers with them. The other reason was they have a small menu, with it not being as busy when we ordered we were surprised that my other cousin got their food relatively later than the rest of us. I say small menu to point out that they ordered wings... half our table had wings & we all placed our orders no less than 5 minutes apart. The staff was nice, I do want to give them credit for that! I'd truly rate it a 3.5, I didn't feel a 3 star review was fair so I went for 4... room for improvement, it's still new. I'd try it again, work out the small stuff & I think they'll be fine.

Even though it felt like going to the middle of no where, the area it was in seems up and coming. I do not know how the keep their food so crispy. The chicken(wing/drumstick) skin was soo crispy even with the sauce on it. The pork buns were a sweet, savory, and refreshing combination. Everything paired well each other. The street corn was very interesting. It had Crunchy bits in it, that tasted like funnel cake batter bits? It would pair well with some kim chi, but in my honest opinion I like my kimchi a bit more fermented and flavor. Now the bulgogi was sending me mixed signals. I really liked the flavor of it when you first bite into it. The sauce, the bulgogi, and then the fries. Omg. The fries. HOW DID THEY KEEP IT DO CRUNCHY even after its been sitting under the bulgogi for quite some time. The off part was the bulgogi was a but salter than I would like. But still. Grab a few fries with it, or even some rice and add some radish or kimchi The Korean doughnut was def different, but familiar. Service was great. The employees had great attitudes. The place was clean and I liked the decor. It's cute how the food comes in Tupperware.

This was my first time trying Bonchon, and it instantly jumped high on my list of DFW fast food restaurants. The double fried chicken is extremely crunchy, and the fries are extra crunchy as well. I had the boneless wings and easily rate them above Wingstop in terms of chicken quality. I got half Soy Garlic and half Spicy, both were good. The Korean donuts were really good as well, they’re covered in cinnamon and come with a sweet dipping sauce. Pretty similar to Cinnabon. They also have a variety of different Korean dishes and sides, and I look forward to trying some of those in the future. The cherry on top was the Stubborn Soda in the fountain. I’ve seen it at Jersey Mike’s and Hawaiian Bros, but it’s generally hard to find. It’s extremely sweet pure cane sugar soda, and better than most big brands. They also had Pepsi and Mountain Dew though, if Stubborn isn’t your style. My only issue was the prices, it’s on the expensive side for fast food. Overall though, one of the better places I’ve had in the Burleson/Crowley area, and I’ll definitely be back.

I've been here quite a few times now, using inside pick-up, curbside, and Delivery. While the food is usually delicious, the service has admittedly sucked.

The only time I had great service was when I got delivery: the food was still hot and it got here faster! Like previous people have said in the comments, the wait time is usually awhile, so I was surprised when the delivery was so fast. That was awesome!

Pick-Up I've had different experiences. A few times my food was marked as ready when it wasn't, or there was no one at the counter, or I'll walk up to the counter WITH someone there and they're on their phone not paying attention to greet or give service. I'm usually not a stickler about people being on their phone because I honestly don't care, but at least pay attention to people who are right in front of you in the moment!

Curbside has been the worst. Only once have they brought it out in a timely manner after we've checked in. I took my friend here for his birthday to try it and after checking in, we waited a good 25 minutes outside. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they food must be taking a bit even thought it was marked as ready as I've dealt with this before, since the store wasn't busy and no one was inside. Finally I went inside and our food was on the counter, and the employees were chatting together on their phones. Not impressed at allllll! Our food was cold by the time we got home :(

Other than that, the food is incredibly tasty! My friends and I love Korean BBQ but our favorite places are quite a distance. This place definitely hits the spot and one of my favorites is the Japache with extra Bulgogi. I hope the service improves with time because I really do...

Placed an order on the online website at 12:01 PM, did not receive confirmation email and unable to view past orders. Didn’t realize there was an app so I downloaded it and logged in and was able to see my order. When I arrived at the time indicated they didn’t have my order ready, cashier asked someone in the back if the order was in his computer, states it wasn’t. Showed my order on the app and overheard the cashier say there was another similar incident with someone else that they did not receive their order either. They apologized, asked for my order and stated they would make it. As I was waiting he comes back out saying it’s not showing in their system and if they could see my order again. Showed them the app and my order that has todays date and what my order was. The guy asks me if I received a confirmation email which I did not, let him know my account was charged and I did pay for it then tells me “I guess I’ll make your order” making me feel like I was a liar. Very upset with his tone. Funnily enough I finally got a confirmation email at 1:04PM confirming my order, over an hour from when I placed my order. This is ridiculous, get a better online...
