Furniture Buy Consignment — Local services in Fort Worth

My husband and I purchased a new couch from this business when we were building our house. We picked it up about 2 months after purchasing it. Fast forward to less than 2 years of owning it and one of the recliners stopped working. We suspect it was something electrical. I contacted the store to see if they could could offer any advice. I was told I lived too far for them to send someone to repair it. I offered to bring the section that stopped working and they said the couch was “too worn” for repair. The couch was in excellent condition except for the 1 recliner that stopped working. I friggin love this place! I have both purchased and sold items with Furniture Buy Consignment in Mckinney and Fort Worth. Their staff, especially Gail (ask for her), is awesome. Finding a stand up business with good customer service these days can be a challenge so when I find one I like to toot their horn. I recommend these guys to all my friends. I've found some great finds at excellent prices and have quickly sold some items with a minimum of fuss to me. Love shopping here!!! Even when I'm not looking for anything in particular, I'll go by to see what's new. It's a pleasant place to shop - different than other consignment places. They always have interesting and unique items on the floor! Never boring! And the store is laid out beautifully - not junky or dusty or cluttered like most consignment stores - it always looks professionally merchandised.
