Zero Stars. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, hands down. So many bad experiences here. But, this one was the final straw. I was the only car in the lot when I pulled up originally. Unfortunately, I was a regular here because of my wife's pregnancy cravings for the "famous bowl". I ordered 2 today, with mountain dew and DP ,super simple order. Got home to find 1 bowl made correctly, 1 mashed potato bowl made with buffalo chicken, hot sauce, and half a cup of grease (nearly inedible). The employees knew it was wrong apparently and had stuffed 3 extra biscuits and an order of fries in a bag I assume out of laziness and not wanting to remake the bowl. When I got home and realized it was wrong, I had already given the correct bowl and 1 biscuit to my wife, ate a few of the "extra fries" and got back in the car to bring the other bowl back. When I arrived back, the cashier at the window said loud enough for me to hear "He brought it back" and I passed the messed up item back through the window, untouched. Then, "Did you get the extra fries and biscuits?" to which I replied "Yeah, but I didn't order those, I just wanted the thing I ordered to be correct.". Then, she said "Give them back." I didn't have them, so she continued to be petty and rude, like she was put out. I asked for the manager in order to address the attitude issue I was being given. The manager was not necessarily rude, but clearly let employees walk all over her and acted like the employee was justified in the way she was talking to me. So, I refused the food on principle, ate the $6, went back home and got 2 of the 3 biscuits and 3/4 order of fries remaining and tossed them (in a closed bag) behind the counter for the cashier, who was now at the main register. This place and its employees are complete trash. I won't be coming back.
Maybe, if you'd hired the guy in the reviews below saying he couldn't get y'all to follow through on the job interview you promised him, you'd have employees that weren't complete trash. This place needs a ground up...
Read moreWaited for the restroom to be unlocked for 15 minutes - then was rudely told they had to keep it locked because of crackheads (this is noon on Easter??). Once inside it was filthy and almost left because of this but didn't. Waited at the counter for another 20 minutes with no greeting - associates were hostile & whole place had a bad vibe - was it because they had to unlock the restroom for me?? Or because they just don't care about their customer - I asked the assistant manager about ordering & she pointed toward a kiosk - I hadn't been inside of a KFC in years (had used the drive through only before) so I didn't know that the reason all 5 associates weren't speaking or attending to me was because you're supposed to use the kiosk?? No one would tell you that, I just happened to see another guest use it or I guess I'd still be standing there since none of the 5 associates on duty did not acknowledge my presence. Finally I used the kiosk & got my order - it really kills me to spend $50 in a place that is so filthy & gives lousy service to boot!! I did because I had family waiting in the car. The chicken was fresh & my order was correct & I even got condiments & plastic ware (we were going on a picnic in the park) so everything else worked out. I will never, ever go back to this location due to the rudeness of the associates. After spending 53 years in retail in the service industry, I cannot imagine what would've happened to me had I ever treated one of my customers so bad! I know how rough some areas can be, as I've worked them, all over the city. However that is no excuse to ever treat your customers like they're all crack heads or degenerates of some kind. I'm appalled at the way I was treated & would never set foot in here again. I question the Senior leadership for this store as it should be blatantly apparent they not only have a customer service issue but a training issue here. Read moreMy daughter and i had gone in to eat 9/21/2024 for diner around 5:30 -6 pm there was a young black woman working registered she had just taken a black woman but when it came our turn to order she said we have to use the kiosk claimed they were under staffed but anyone could see they had plenty of staff back there there were so many they were getting in each other's way. We used the kiosk even though we do not work there it's not our job to use the kiosk it's there job to stand there and take my order after all she was already standing there. Well like I said we were hungery so we used it we ordered drinks with the meal we turned around and waited for her to return after a few minutes of being ignored at the counter waiting for our drink cups my daughter reached over and took two small drink cups she yelled back just getting our cups since it's self service we'll when we recieved the food 15 minutes later it was old and dried up about the time I dropped my chicken back in the Box the same young lady came out accusing us of stealing drinks when my daughter started to show her the reciept she didn't want to hear anything she said and stated next time I'm calling the police for what? She was rude treated not only us rudely but several other people the same way abd while we sat there that 15 minutes 4 people came in to pick up their online orders just to find that the manager of the KFC had canceled the orders this place needs to be shut down till they can find a better management and staff I've never been treated so poorly as I was...
