Review for Burger King – 730 W Seminary Dr, Fort Worth, TX

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I stopped by intending to use the restroom and then order food. When I approached the counter, the young lady working never once asked if I wanted to place an order. I asked for the restroom key and was immediately told it was for "customers only," yet she made no effort to treat me like a customer or even ask if I planned to order.

I explained to her that I did plan to buy food after using the restroom, but she still denied access. At the time, she was leaning on the counter on her phone while two other workers stood behind her, not engaging with customers. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was frustrating.

Every guest should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they express a need and clearly intend to make a purchase. I hope management addresses this to improve the service at...
