It's a very nice and clean shop, and the staff most days are amazing. However, on several occasions, including tonight, the staff is blasting music so loud that they can't hear their customers, and their customers can't hear them. The staff was shouting to the customer and she still couldn't hear, so it just turned into a shouting match. I was behind this customer and also couldn't understand why they just wouldn't turn the music down because they obviously couldn't hear the customer. Well that customer left, and so it was now my turn to step up. I had an identical experience. I even asked the staff to please turn the music down or off, and get this. She replied "sorry I can't hear you. The music was so loud she couldn't even hear me ask if she could turn it down. Apparently they just want their customers to point and not have any questions. So I just started pointing and she kept going in the totally wrong direction of where I was trying to guide her for the Ejuice I wanted. I kept shouting "no up, to the right, 2 over to the right you just were, etc.. she couldn't hear me and I her, and the Beats Audio speaker was literally right by her and it still never crossed their mind to turn it down. There are clubs across the street already playing loud music and you can even hear the stores over the theirs. The other location on 7th, as well as this location most of the time it's not usually like this.
I've always given 5 stars in the past, but these last few nights it's been a terrible experience. The customer in front of me also asked if she could turn down the music letting her know she was sound sensitive and getting a headache. I could hear because she yelled it and I was directly behind her but the employee just stood there doing nothing, either truly not being able to hear or was pretending not too be able too. Either way, if people are shouting back and forth, that should be the staffs first sign to shut the music off or turn it way down. It's not a nightclub where people are yelling for drink orders, and not everyone who goes to ship there at night are coming from the nightclubs. I feel like a Karen even typing this out, and honestly wouldn't be if the experience wasn't even worse to experience...

I bought a new bowl this past Saturday, for a pipe that I bought from THIS store, brought my old one in and gave to associate, she sized up, sold me a new one, kinda pricey but I’m “hey, my wife and I just got into a car accident, why not?” So I take it home, I live in apartment sharing same property, find out the bowl doesn’t fit. Within 30 minutes I go back, the associate says she can’t exchange or refund, only management can, I’d have to wait till Monday when the manager or owner was there to refund, I say, “ok, since I’ll be getting a refund, I’ll just by a new pipe, and return the bowl on Monday”. So a couple days later I go back to return this bowl, that the associate tells me, the owner or manager will refund and the manager working says, almost laughing “oh it’s our policy that once you leave the store we don’t return or refund!” (But wait, shouldn’t I have been told this) i ask where does it say that and no lie this guy had to look around for the very tiny sign that says it! I’m like WOW. He didn’t even know where the sign was, so there it is! Shop here if you want but I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere, if they won’t stand by there associates and or product, I wonder if they are responsible with credit cards when “accidents” happen! Read moreMy fiancée recently visited World of Vape in Fort Worth and purchased a product for $80. Unfortunately, the device broke in half within a day, without any pressure or mishandling. When she went back to the store to return it, she was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering help or understanding, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
When she expressed her frustration, the store manager sarcastically told her, "Have a nice day" as she was leaving. It's quite disturbing to see two grown men ganging up on a woman just for trying to return a faulty product.
To make matters worse, when I called the store to get the owner's name and contact information, they refused to provide it and instead told me I could come in and talk. After experiencing their attitudes firsthand, it's clear that would be a waste of time.
