Broke the crystal in a watch I really like, so I paid almost the cost of the watch to get a new lens put in it. ~3 weeks later I pick it up and it looks great, but 25 min after leaving, the new crystal splits in half across the watch face. Probably not their fault, but inconvenient nonetheless. Might just be a fluke phenomenon that was super unlikely. We'll see how things go from here. If it breaks again, I'll probably drop the score. If I have to wait another 3 weeks, the score will probably still be 3 star. But if I get it back and it holds together, I'll likely chalk it up to an abnormal circumstance and bump the score up a star or two. Stay tuned

Spent 150 dollars for them to alter my fiance ring and they didn't do it right twice.... Not only that but they made me pay extra to have it done that day just so it would still be too big on her finger at the end of the day. Go there for yourself and see if you want, but i don't even want to call them to see if they will try and fix what they did because Im honestly not sure i want them handling my sentimental...
