This store has treated me so great for the past 5+ years Iāve lived in Ingalls. Unfortunately, tonight was the last straw. Maybe itās because Iāve had a long trip, but I was treated so poorly by Richard with his condescending attitude. I know too many people in this area and will gladly tell them that elite beverages is no longer what it used to be. They used to have amazing customer service with very personable people behind the counters and now apparently not the same. Iāve taken a break from buying for a while, but thought it would be nice to buy my husband something tonight after a long trip and the service I got tonight was absolutely disgusting. It was so disgusting. I will never be back for myself nor anyone else. If condescending employees is whoās hiring now I want no part of. Thought it was great. Tonight, one of the workers, Aaron, clearly had eagle rare and Blantonās available to sell but would not sell to me. He said he hit his āquotaā to be able to sell any more today. I knew they had it behind the counter because, yes, people talk. Iāve never gotten a Blantonās from this store before. I told him about how I come in all the time and buy bottles all the time. Made no difference. He wouldnāt sell me what he clearly had. Wont even sell to people that give them a lot of business? Signs in windows will say one price and it will ring up for another, or they might have the same product in two different parts of the store yet they will have two different prices.
