Elite Beverages — Local services in Fortville

This store has treated me so great for the past 5+ years I’ve lived in Ingalls. Unfortunately, tonight was the last straw. Maybe it’s because I’ve had a long trip, but I was treated so poorly by Richard with his condescending attitude. I know too many people in this area and will gladly tell them that elite beverages is no longer what it used to be. They used to have amazing customer service with very personable people behind the counters and now apparently not the same. I’ve taken a break from buying for a while, but thought it would be nice to buy my husband something tonight after a long trip and the service I got tonight was absolutely disgusting. It was so disgusting. I will never be back for myself nor anyone else. If condescending employees is who’s hiring now I want no part of. I will happily go to Hamilton town center to go get my beverages from here on out. What’s worse is the owner is such a nice guy, unfortunately I do forget his name as some time has past. This is the place I started my bourbon collection. Bought multiple bottles every week. Talked to the owner every time I was in there about the store picks they had. Thought it was great. Tonight, one of the workers, Aaron, clearly had eagle rare and Blanton’s available to sell but would not sell to me. He said he hit his “quota” to be able to sell any more today. I knew they had it behind the counter because, yes, people talk. I’ve never gotten a Blanton’s from this store before. I told him about how I come in all the time and buy bottles all the time. Made no difference. He wouldn’t sell me what he clearly had. Wont even sell to people that give them a lot of business? Yeah, safe to say this store that is 4 minutes from me has lost my business. Have been to this location many times and they consistently misrepresent the prices of things. Signs in windows will say one price and it will ring up for another, or they might have the same product in two different parts of the store yet they will have two different prices. This wouldnt always be annoying but they always settle with the higher price and will proceed to NOT remove the signs/fix price tags. They'll just say, "sorry its that way in our system...
