Libby’s Ice Cream is absolutely your best option as an alternative for wedding cakes in the Indy area! To start, their ice cream tasting is phenomenal. We were overwhelmed with all their flavor options - in a good way! After deciding to go with ice cream for our wedding day we already knew Libby’s was the way to go, she was a delight to work with in helping us narrow down our flavors and working up a quote. We never felt like we were being upsold or pushed to spend more than we wanted. The ice cream is delicious, with the right amount of selections and options for cups, cones, sundaes, and splits. Lots of choices in the toppings department. There are some other treats for the kids like cake pops and candies. They even sell dog biscuits if you brought puppy along (but not inside according to the "No Pets Allowed" sign on the door). This place had games and toys for sale in case your little ones aren't satisfied with the confections.

Very rude and unfriendly cashiers. My family and I visited because of the Mount Comfort PTO fundraiser and the two young female cashiers were rude. As we were making our selections, the cashier never said a word to us. Never offered us to try different flavors as she did with other customers. We sat and ate our ice and watched as other customers who looked different from us were treated kind with great service. Please train your staff to give good customer service to ALL customers.
