I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number seven for the chocolate shake. The wait wasn't long at all. This surprised me in a pleasant way. However, when I look in the bag I only had a sandwich. The employee handed me my shake prior to the bag. When I mentioned that there weren't any fries in the bag, he responded that I did not purchase fries. My total order cost was $12.72. I said I don't know how I didn't order fries when I said a number seven with a chocolate shake. He said, Oh I thought you just wanted the sandwich. If I just wanted the sandwich, why would I say number seven instead of a flamethrower sandwich? Also, I can't understand how one sandwich and one shake would add up to $12.72 without fries. Read moreI went here for lunch break while I was at work out of town 3 weeks ago. It was such a terrible experience! The building was so miserable hot, I was dripping sweat by the time I got up to the front of the line to order. The store was broken and run down in appearance, besides the restroom having new appliances. I to wouldve given a lower score if possible because not only did we have to eat in our vehicle because there was NO AIR CONDITIONING in an ICE CREAM restaurant in the depths of a hot summer day but our blizzards were completely liquified and my partners blizzard wasnt even full after it melted and rose up some. Terrible experience. Idk what could fix that place but by the looks of it at least some air conditioning to keep the customers, employees, and ice cream...
Read moreIt took an hour to get 4 blizzards. AN HOUR. We will drive the 6 extra miles to go to the DQ in Fishers to avoid this place again. When we got there, there were only 5 cars in front of us. 1 even drove away giving up. 1 Hour for ice cream with only 4 cars in front of you. That's insanely poor.
We will not be going back any time soon. To be fair, if Libby's hadn't been closed we would have gone there. This was horrific and seriously makes me wonder why anyone would be caught dead going there.
Update: The meaningless responses like the one below by the store are exactly why they continue to produce substandard results, and unfathomablely poor customer service. As previously stated, we will not be getting anywhere near this...
