I'm willing to delete this when my issue is fixed. ive had nothing, but problems with the store lately.
first they gave me the wrong brakes, first guy didn't tell me there was dif sizes and didn't ask, so had to return those because they didn't fit my car wrong size, found out they had the correct sizes when I went to return them 🤦♀️because that employee looked and noticed dif sizes.
second I just found out they gave me the wrong battery for my car. my battery light kept coming on and I looked up possible reasons why It would and it said wrong battery size as one, I was like theres no way and sure as.. it was and that's probably why my light indicator has been on and my cars been acting funny with power, hopefully it didn't fxck up my car ,this is twice now. I have receipts of the wrong products being sold. this being the wrong battery can fxck up my alternator and my car, because, it's been acting funny now.
I'm livid
I will not be coming back to this location and taking my buisness else where after this. ...

Edit... Feb 17 2021... I will not patronize this store ever again... I purchased an item and did not end up needing it for my repair. I returned it two days later for a refund. Un-opened, and very obviously an Autozone part. I was told I have to have a store receipt for a refund, or I could take store credit... I did not receive a receipt, I may have pressed the no receipt option at checkout erroneously... I did not want store credit. Cashier was very stalwart that this was store policy. I told the cashier to return the item to stock, I did not need it, and I would never spend another dollar in their store. I left the store without store credit, or a refund. Was the store policy worth losing a customer...
Read moreI will never shop at autozone again due to this store. I had a 5 year warranty on my battery and it even shown active on my account from the computer screen at the store. They changed the battery warranty’s after I bought mine a few years ago and the manager here didn’t honor the 5 year and told me it was only no cost for 3 years. That’s funny how none of the employees knew about that and I called beforehand to make sure that my warranty was still active and that I could exchange it before I did all the work to take the battery out of my car and drive down there. I called another autozone store after I left this one and they said I did have the warranty and guess what? They told me over the phone about the new warranty cause this store notated my account with the new warranty information. The manager here is a scumbag and this company...
