Long post: I love this Taco Bell. I come here at least once a week (usually Fridays/saturdays). I normally mobile order and the staff is always so sweet. A couple of weeks ago they had me pull around to the front of the building so they could keep the drive thru moving, totally understandable. I waited a few minutes and saw they were getting busy. One guy who was waiting was angry he was waiting so long, understandable, but then went in slamming doors and stomping out. With all due respect, it’s tacos and burritos at the end of the day. Businesses get busy and it’s stressful when you have angry customers. Me and another customer (both waiting for our orders outside in our vehicles) both decided to go in, to hopefully ease a little work of someone having to walk it to our car. You could tell workers were stressed, asked us how they could help us and we explained we just wanted to alleviate some work by coming in and getting our order whenever it was ready, no rush, it’s tacos and burritos at the end of the day. **if that man (or his wife) that went in reads this, thank you for your kindness. I think we could all show a little more grace and i don’t speak for these employees but thank you for your empathy.
To the Taco Bell workers that I see almost weekly, thank you for your hard work! You guys are always so kind & I’ve never had an order that was incorrect. I know this may not be everyone’s experience but it’s been mine the dozen+ times I’ve been to this...
Read moreI usually never have problems with this Taco bell, however today was completely different all over one of their new freezes. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through today (9/25) at 12:45 ish and there was this individual working the drive through. My boyfriend got his food, and I just wanted to try the vanilla crème freeze (not the orange one because I’m not a fan of orange creamsicles anymore). Well we get to the window and I’m handed a freeze that has orange syrup in it… I ask if it’s just the vanilla freeze and she says (it’s the same thing). I say “oh… okay” kinda defeated but then I think, well why would they advertise two separate drinks? I took a sip and it’s overpowered with orange syrup. Even the receipt says “orange vanilla crème freeze.” So I pull up the app just to ease my mind and sure enough… they are indeed two separate drinks. At this point I just walked in and asked for the Vanilla one and showed a picture and the lovely gentleman there helped me. Kinda upset I wasted $4.51on an error that could have been rectified from the start especially since it was not busy at all, but I’m not one to cause a scene and tell someone how to do their job and be aware of their own menu items (though I’m trying to have a better backbone when it comes to...
Read moreUPDATE I LOVE TACO BELL even more... -I picked up a "tricky," order, there was a VERY minor issue - I am actually grateful that I went last week, when I did, because I was assisted by the GM/Store Manager, DANA hand I am 💯 percent glad she helped me - btw: She didn't tell me she was the GM/Store manager, I ended up asking, because I wanted to thank HER manager for the exceptional & impressive way SHE (Dana,) handled the minor error - She was truly impressive, (and one of the very best Managers I have received any assistance. I have only been to Taco Bell on Camden, and so many people have said unkind things, especially about this location... I DO NOT UNDERSTAND...ALL of the people at TB Camden, are (have all been,) very professional, nice, and the food has been fresh! I want to give "extra," credit to: Kay. She was working Drive Thru, both recent times and she was AMAZING, AND Emily, too, she was the same, very, very polite, & helpful. She & Kay have made a huge impression, and We will DEFINITELY return. and surprised that she recognized us. She is fantastic! So: thank you SO much for your hard work, and having Personnel that go out of their way to helping others! KUDOS- and keep up the...
