Subway — Restaurant in Fountain

I went to the subway on Camden Street in fountain co. I will never go there ever again I order a sub for me and my son and you couldn't taste no meat all you taste was mayo and veggies I tried to call them but they never answered the phone so I went in there and asked for the manger the guy said she won't be there to monday I had went on Saturday I believe the guy making people sandwich was making people food while scached his face with the gloves on so I came in subway I believe on Tuesday and the manger I spoke to was very rude she told me she the one who sliced the meat so she was being very offended this meat was paper thin I told her I tried to call she said they didn't have no phone I told her that I want my food made correctly or my money back she said she only remakes food on same day visit however she wasn't there when I ordered my phone and don't have a phone so how can I bring my food the same day she gave me some email to district manager but I believe it was fake subway stold my money I didn't pay over 20 dollars for two mayo sandwiches I'm going to take it as lesson to never go back to subway again there lots sub places who care about there customers I'm a chef who been working with people and food for long time and it shame how this place treats customers I told her she can look it up with my credit card because she assuming I was lying but she acted like I was taking money out her pocket when I'm the one who paid for food I'm telling all my friends and all my family don't go subway because they try cheat you than act rude to you because you...

For starters if your going through the drive thru speakers never work and be warned wait time is usually 30 to 40 minutes and your order will most likely be wrong. But today I had the unfortunate privilege of being waited on by the new manager Rachel. After placing my order I showed her my military ID for my 10% discount and was told this location will no longer do military discounts for retirees or soldiers not in uniform. She said they cannot afford to Waste Company money. I find it extremely disrespectful for a company that chooses to operate in our community that is full of active-duty and retired military chooses whom will and will not get the discount. If you're going to offer the discount at your location it should be for all DoD card holders. When I asked her why our retired military does not get the discount she said it's because they're no longer serving. As a spouse of a 100% disabled veteran who served his country I can tell you that they have paid the price for the many wars are conflicts we have been in long after their service. So if you want to build and live off the revenue from a community that is sustained by active-duty and retired military either give the discount to all or none. I will no longer visit this location. I will choose to visit locations that honor...

Worst of everything! Not only is the staff of 2 is rude, they are dirty! The bathroom is filthy and the male working there did not wash his hands after taking care of the customer before me, just put his grime laden digits in gloves....thank goodness for that. When it came time to make my one sandwich I asked for 5 tomatoes, yeah a bit arbitrary but I know what I like, this is where things went from just bad customer service to brizare facetious behavior pile on top of extremely poor customer skills. The male started sarcastically counting out everything, which I commented that I did not state how many of anything beyond the tomatoes and it was rude, which caused the so called manager to rush out and "scold" ME, for being too loud and I needed to calm down. In turn I looked around the store and noticed I was the ONLY patron in this establishment and mind you it was noon on a Friday! Surprised, well at this point the mystery is unfolded as to why and the owner may want to rethink staff if they want to keep doors open.
