Went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade one of 2-lines that I have. FIrst they came out with the wrong phone, charged me before opening the box, only to see it was the wrong phone. The salesperson said "no problem, will have to refund this one and start a new transaction ". Come to find out I was charged a $70.00 "restocking fee", because they opened the wrong phone box. REALLY!!! Then was charged $19.99 for a 20w USB-C Power Adapter that I did not need, want and did not receive during this purchase. Went back to this T-Mobile store to bring up these 2 issues. Was told very bluntly there was nothing they could do about the restocking fee which was definitely not my mistake. Handed me a USB-C Power adapter which I told them again that I didn't need, and was refused a refund for that also. The lack of customer service in this store is like I've never seen before. I have ZERO Tolerance for excuses and ZERO Tolerance for incompetence. Whomever Brandon was dealing with on the other side of the phone told him I had 48hrs to sign the eip documents. It would be nice to receive the eip documents so I can meet the 48hr deadline (Idiots). Brandon was off today so Heike took over and did an outstanding job in getting the people she's dealing with email me with no excuses and immediately. Both Brandon and Heike deserves a raise for dealing with incompetent people on the other side of the phone. This store has now become my new favorite store. I can't fault the South Gate store because they have outstanding individuals but this store is closer to me. ...

Tried setting up a new phone and trade in and she wasnât being helpful and anytime we asked any question she wasnât answering the question and kept repeating herself to us like we would understand if she kept saying the same thing. We tried to trade in a phone that had no screen damage or anything and was refusing to take the phone from us and started to get nasty to us when we said there was nothing wrong with the phone. Overall a bad experience at this store. Went into a different T-Mobile in the springs near uccs and loved their service much better. Joe their manager was much more helpful and much friendlier to us and was able to help us and figure out our problem.
