Casey's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Four Corners States

I found Casey's Hallmark several months ago and fell in love with their selection.I had always shopped Plunkett's which is also good.Being the holidays I made several trips to Casey's and spent up words of $300.I was very pleased.One of the items I purchased was 4 Signature Paper Wonder cards to send to my son as decoration in his room.I sent 1 card a week.I went to send the last card today and it only had an envelope in it.It is a $12.99 card.Not a cheap item.And now I don't have the finale for my son.I called the store to try to get a new one.I was told without a receipt they would not do anything.I could show a cc bill with totals but I don't have a receipt from several weeks ago.I explained that I spent a large amount of money there recently, we couldn't just get a new card.The sales person said I could talk to the manager.She spoke to the manager without covering the phone.Her explanation to the manager was very condescending and rude.I hung up.I have shopped at Plunketts for about 15 years.Have had a few items to return and not always with a receipt.They have never treated a customer like...

Avoid this Hallmark location! We usually only buy from Hallmark during the holidays, and each time we have gone to this location in the last two years the management have been obstinate and disrespectful. One specific example: yesterday I went in to purchase over $30 worth of ornaments, and had a "$5 off $10" coupon that was sent to me from Hallmark corporate. I was spending more than $10, and the coupon did not list any exceptions. The management looked at the fine print and highlighted "see store for details" and then said that in their store they don't accept these for holiday purchases. I have used these types of coupons every year in multiple states and NEVER had a problem. Sure enough, I went to another location nearby (try the Tucson mall or the location near St. Joseph's hospital) and there wasn't a problem. For these reasons, I will never shop at this location again, and would encourage everyone else to...

Was in there today was not greeted ..ppl after me were ....I felt like Julia roberts in pretty woman when she went clothes shopping and was snubbed..yes I had a harley shirt on and cute legging on ..no reason to jump out of the way when I walk by you......I have spent ALOT of money at this store...tall person wS rude to me showing me where the free bday cake pkgs were as my b day is fri...very bad experience ....and the workers batching of the co worker that was leaving early that day...sry folks that talk doesn't belong on the sales floor....pay more attention to your loyal...
