Bad for business. Sold me a defective product that my phone carrier had to replace & was not willing to refund me a portion of my money back. I didn't even ask for a full refund. Will not purchase from them anymore. Future customers be aware of their defective products!!!!

My phone was diagnosed by my phone carrier provider, who said there was nothing they could do to fix it and advised me to take it to a phone repair shop. My phone had no sound and would not accept calls. It would ring, get answered, but still show as an incoming call. I reached out to Amazon for assistance, but was informed that it had to come from the owner. As we have been customers with my phone carrier for over 10 years, they decided to warranty my phone, requesting me to purchase insurance for the device under warranty. I had to exchange my defective phone for a new one, so I couldn't return it to the owner. This was explained in detailed messages to the owner. It came in good condition, nothing faulty with the phone just very minor scratches on the sides but I was aware it would arrive like this since I got it in "good" and not "excellent" condition. Setting up the phone was easy, it arrived safely to my campus.
Now when I tried putting it into MetroPCs the caller said the phone was "locked" to T-Mobile though I ordered a factory unlocked phone? So I went through a few issues thinking it was locked but when I activated it myself online I put the sim card in from MetroPCS and it connected with no problem. I have video proof from the cloud via a doorbell camera that shows no delivery. On top of that I was home. I opened a claim with Fedex and Ebay thinking that one of them would do right by me and help me get a refund. I notified the seller with the screenshots and they ignored me. Fedex denied my claim because i needed the seller to contact them and start the claim, which is the only way FedEx would reimburse me.
