Asked for Non-pet room and was told by the manager that the entire 3rd floor was for non pet quests. Got in very late the first night. The room did smell of pets. Asked the night desk guy if the 3rd floor was reserved for non pet quests and he said no, the entire hotel was pet friendly. Next even we went to put something in freeze, which we had not had time to check out cleanliness . We found a paper plate that had been in for quite a while, which what appeared to be pet food. Nothing was done about it. They did not tell us to leave the cleaning sign out on the door if we wanted service which I had stripped the sheets and towels for housekeeping . We find that housekeeping never came to room. As k te evening desk guy and he said well they are gone and tried to explain that we should have left the service request form on door. He said te person you checked you in should have told you. We leave due helping my mother whom is very sick. Come back to pick up linens and towels; waiting while he checked someone in an he never told the guests that important piece of information either. Needless to say....the one time housekeeping did come in our suitcase was gone through. I know because I had it set up a certain way to see if it was messed with. Do Not recommend this hotel. It is run down. Management and staff are clueless as to customer service and cleanliness. Everyone is there just to get a paycheck.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a truly disturbing experience. After my first night, I woke up with multiple bites all over my body. Upon inspecting the bed, I discovered clear signs of bed bugs — something no guest should ever have to deal with. I immediately reported this to the front desk, expecting the issue to be taken seriously. While they acknowledged my complaint at the time, I never received any follow-up. There was no effort to compensate me for what was clearly a major health and hygiene issue. Days have passed, and despite leaving my contact information and asking to speak with management, no one has reached out to apologize or make things right. This kind of silence and disregard for guest well-being is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. A hotel that doesn’t take accountability for something as serious as bed bugs clearly doesn’t value its guests.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the smell in the room was unbearable. We quickly discovered fresh urine on the bed, feces stains on the sheets, stains all over the furniture, and old food and toys left under the couch. To make matters worse, there was blood on the bathroom door and hair in the tub. It was truly disgusting and completely unacceptable. To be clear: this was not a case of minor wear and tear – it was filth and a clear lack of basic cleanliness. We couldn’t believe the condition the room was in. The only positive in this entire situation was the front desk staff. The person working there was very kind, apologetic, and understanding, and even agreed that the state of the room was unacceptable. They did everything they could to help us and were professional throughout – but unfortunately, the room was just beyond saving.

This hotel is very dishonest in their business dealings. Short version: They claimed my reservation was canceled at the very last minute so that the could charge me a higher price. Long version: An organization that I am a part of reserved a block of rooms. I called to check on the price that they would charge to reserve one of these rooms. I was quoted a price that was much higher than the hotel was advertising online. So, I booked a room online for a lower price. The day of arrival is when it got interesting. I got a phone call from a colleague asking if I knew that my reservation had been canceled. This was the afternoon of arrival, and I was going to be getting in late. I called the hotel, and they stated that yes, my reservation was canceled, and that I was the one that canceled it. I most certainly had not canceled it. I provided the confirmation number from my online reservation to confirm they were looking at the correct reservation, and they still told me it was canceled. I was speaking with Julio. He offered to create a new reservation for me, seemingly helpful, until he told me that the price was 50% more than what I had made my reservation for. I insisted that he book the room for the price that I made the reservation for. He refused and rudely acted like he was doing me a huge favor by already giving me some sort of discount. At this point, I asked if there was someone I could speak to that could resolve this issue, as this was totally unacceptable. He stated that he could call his manager and see what he could do. I said great, sounds good. I waited. There was awkward silence. Julio asked if there was anything else I could help with. I said no, that is all, I will wait while you call your manager. He stated that we would need to end this call so that he could call his manager, and that I would need to call Julio back. I ask if Julio could call me back after he called his manager. He said he couldn't do that. At this point, I was fed up and decided I was over this hotel and that I did not want to give them my money. While booking another hotel, I checked this hotel online, and they were advertising a price, for that same night, that was lower than even my original reservation. I stayed somewhere else. I think this hotel was using the block of rooms that my organization reserved to charge a HIGHER price than they would otherwise, and when they saw that I booked a room outside of this block, they tried to force me into the higher price. I suspect this is outside of corporate policy for this hotel, and that my original reservation was never canceled, despite what Julio claimed. The reason I suspect this is that the hotel still charged me as a no-show. I have of course disputed that charge on my credit card bill. I have never felt like a company was so blatantly trying to fleece me down as I have at this hotel. I will never stay there, and I certainly will think twice about staying at any other Comfort...

Stay at your own risk. The hotel is decent for what they charge, but the management at the hotel will try and force you out if you stay "too long." I stayed with my wife and our three kids, and we enjoyed everything except the management and housekeeping. There is a pool and several accommodations you can use at your own risk. The hotel overall was nicer than the one we stayed across the highway with the sheriff's office being called to the doors at night and sketchy atmosphere, not to mention our son getting bit by bugs and having reactions. So when we first showed up, we were optimistic and happy till we met the management. The one "supervisor" in this family run hotel was so petty and backward about her idea of customer service that me and my wife and I were constantly dealing with simple nonsense issues when she was on shift. During our stay the first time we saw this Supervisor and my first impression was a blonde woman in a pink outfit with a child and a grandmother having a yelling match in the front entry with a cup of water in the end being thrown at her. Idk what happened, but to say the least, the spectacle was something to remember. from random charges to our card for our stay that was pre-payed for just blatant rude behavior when addressing issues. Idk if maybe it's cause my wife and I are a mixed couple but if it wasn't for the management our stay woulda been great the only times we could get a positive response from the management was when one of the lone clerks on night shift was available. The random charges to our cards went from $200+ dollars to $20. It always happened when this individual was on shift. On the final day of our stay at 5:30am she had her last hurrah when the night clerk set up for breakfast. I personally asked him if it was okay for us to grab some breakfast, and his words were, "Yeah, it's no problem." The "Supervisor" showed up around 5:40 am. When she saw us in the breakfast area me my wife, our 1 year old daughter, and our two boys there must've been fireworks going off cause she locked up that kitchen so fast she must've thought we were stealing it. So I don't recommend coming here if you expect to have any sort of interaction with their staff. We were there for about a week, and when we were originally planning on staying for another, the "Supervisor" solidified our decision to stay an hour away and drive into Fort collins for cheaper and better accommodations. This time...

Cheryl, the manager is a complete incompetent uncaring person who is very familiar and comfortable with charging customers for completely made up charges such as smoking in a room which I was charged two particular times one for $50 one for $100. I was told that it’s a discount to the usual smoking in a room charge of $250. The kicker here is that I don’t smoke and I stayed one night at this hotel I wished that I would’ve never booked through a third-party and ended up at this beat up Hotel, which I’ve seen much better days. If one were really to review the reviews around here, then the consistent theme is that the hotel reeks in the common areas of cigarettes and mold and water damage. The front desk manager cheryl is not only just a completely unprofessional person who makes an effort to extort customers for completely frivolous charges such as smoking in a room. I am not a smoker. Nobody smoked in a room. I called to have these charges credited back to me and in speaking with the manager cheryl not only was I hung up on, but I was talked to in a way that is just beyond anything you would ever imagine tolerating From a Person who is supposed to care about customer experiences and well I believe hospitality is supposed to be the first part here to anyone working for a hotel but according to cheryl please let me an email with a photo of a picture of someone’s trash bag. This woman can’t explain to me why the day after I checked out of this roach motel I was charged not once but twice in the total amount of $150 and instead of doing the right thing and crediting my money back as you’ll see in other reviews i’m not the first person to be extorted for frivolous and ridiculous charges. This hotel seems to like to take advantage of you being kind of screwed by booking through a third-party and then having to put your credit card information on file with them and I guess they thought they could be sneaky with making two different charges on my card for what’s pretty nominal bigger scheme of things $150 is that worth losing future business? Is that worth? I guess you’re conscience really cheryl the manager at this location doesn’t have one neither do the reception folks who work for her, run away...
