First and foremost if you know that stay about 260 nights in hotels out of the year... that being said, I am pretty astute to the ins and outs of Hotel policies and procedures... On 10/04/16 in the town of Fort Collins Colorado at the Super 8 Motel adjacent to Interstate 25 , we met with a totally different Beast. We have used our Corporate Lodging Consultants group to make a reservation for us at this hotel during or travel. For those of you not familiar with that particular company,it is for corporate businesses who are on the go a lot and you get cheaper rates on hotel stays... normally 15% savings... on this particular evening we arrive at 11 p.m. we were met by night auditor Ashley... upon arrival we were told that there would be a $150 deposit that was required because we were CLC members, and when asked why , her reply was that it was company policy. When we ask why again , she said it was to cover incidentals. I question her again about this procedure, as to that do you mean that you just need a credit card on file in case of incidentals? She replied no they actually charged the card and after they have done their clean up an inspection and found that nothing was broken in the room a refund would be reapplied to the card, this should take 4 to 6 days for your refund to reappear on your card. After listening to this, I was appualled... if I have to pay $150 deposit as described by her that NOW was not ONLY for CLC members but across the board for every Hotel Guest who stayed in the hotel what kind of place was I booked in? She told us we could either pay $150 deposit or we wouldn't stay there. This was a corporate policy set by the Super 8 Chain of owners... This I know was a blatant untruth... out of 260 nights a year in hotels and motels over a 5 year period, how many do you guess are a Super 8? It is a pretty good percentage... None of them have spouted such nonsense as I was to be led to believe this Night... I asked Ashley point blank... Do you just not want our business? She replied... She Did Not Care... So That Spoke Volumes to me as a potential customer... THEY DO NOT CARE, NOT ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE... So if the first person that you see doesn't care, how do you think the rest of the staff feels? Is your room going to be clean or do they follow the lead people and this carries though the entire staff...Makes you ask those questions like...Is the breakfast going to be of Health grade compliance or is that person not care eithe... What I am tring to say here is that I do not have to put up with this type of treatment, and neither should you... We went across the street to the Days Inn were we where welcomed, appreciated, and Thanked for choosing them to stay with... Paid them with my CLC card, and nothing else... No Deposits, Games or...

Read morePaid $67 a night. Stayed 20 nights but obviously spending over $1500 gets you no favor here. Got told to unplug our rv. Tried to explain that the rv has a 2 amp trickle charger that needs to be plugged in sort of like the10 diesel trucks that are plugged in (cell phone chargers are 2.1 amp, so smaller than that). Maids are unbelievably bad. Wife left medication in the room when we checked out for one day and while we were in line talking to the counter person, another person came in to tell that he was missing stuff as well, all while the counter help was saying her maids had been here awhile and wouldn't do that (she didn't even ask). The longer you stay here the worse things get. Get in and out and take pics of your room the second you check in. They will accuse you of smoking or something. I've seen them do it to 2 people here who I personally saw smoke outside while they were here. It's shady here folks. And I'm pretty sure the Korean gentleman, Jason, is the owner but he will tell you "the owner" doesn't allow this, "the owner" doesn't allow that, like he's not the owner. Jason, aren't you the owner? Here's some math for you since you don't seem to listen well: $67x23=$1541 we've paid you. Now, you complained about an rv that you admitted you knew nothing about and said it had to go. A 2.0 trickle charger cost a few dollars A YEAR to run. So to plug it in 2 times out of 23 nights seems fair. We cleaned our room the entire time as well. The money you didn't have to spend on house keeping paid the trickle charger for a decade. So we're done here. The more I think about how retarded this place is, the more I can't stand it. It's foreign to me how people own businesses but know nothing about customer service....
