Avoid at all costs. This hotel is disgusting and staff is a freaking joke. The first room we were put it did not have a functioning air conditioning unit, the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't open because the track has caked in who knows what, no vent fan and we lost all water to the room three times before they finally moved us to a different room. I ended up fixing the toilet, in the first room, due to it running constantly. The second room had condom wrappers under the bed, a broken microwave, a mini fridge that was missing most of the racks, and ants, so many ants. The third room had a bathroom light that wouldn't turn off, the walls had stuff dried running down them, sticking balcony door, no microwave (we had to repeatedly ask before they finally supplied one), outlets with missing covers, holes in the walls, the elevator makes so much noise it woke us up throughout the night, no vent fan and broken and stained curtains (on the balcony and the shower). The staff gossips about the guests and each other, there is no breakfast (like advertised), the pool is dirty and has glass in it from the broken windows above it, the hot tub isn't functioning, the guest laundry is not functioning, the "tower" reeks of dog feces and urine, the gym equipment is broken, the one functioning elevator in the tower makes unnerving creaking and groaning noises and is missing chunks of floor tiles and is full of graffiti. Requests for sheets and towels frequently required an extended wait, as they didn't have any clean linens. Our teenagers were told they weren't permitted to be anywhere outside of our room or the pool, this included outside on the balcony in our room. We received a letter threatening the throw us out when we had towels drying on the balcony, because they wouldn't dry in the room due to humidity and lack of vent fans causing so much condensation it would, for lack of a better term, rain in the bathroom. We ended up being kicked out for making a complaint about poop in and around the swimming pool. The front desk was made aware of the poop at least 18 hours before we made a actual complaint about it being a health hazard. We were told we were lucky they were gonna let us stay through the days we already paid for and accused our kids of stealing from the "gift shop". When I pointed out that was a lie and the cameras in the "gift shop" would have recorded it and we would have been thrown out when it happened. they told us leave and threatened to call the police on us. I assume they called because a cop showed up at the hotel but never came to talk to us and left. We gladly packed our stuff up and moved to another hotel, where we already had reservations for after our stay at this hotel. They then refused to refund us for the days we already paid for. The grounds are poorly maintained, the building is in a state of severe disrepair, there are used needles all over the place, inside and out. I'm sure I'm still missing stuff. Just avoid this place, unless your a glutton for punishment or have a death wish.

Things were horrible from yhe moment we checked in, til we checked out. Had I not already paid, and just tires I would have left. The person who checked me in was on her cell phone the entire time, was not given the tickets needed for breakfast, didnt know we needed them til the next day. Room appeared under renovation no pics on walls splotches of different shades of paint on one wall, leaking shower head, toilet flushed but ran all the time unless you pushed the handle back in, found the phone in a broken cabinet not even plugged in. No room service for short stays, when asked about how to get towels, he have to go to the office we can't just call for more cause they aren't that booshey (per office person). Whole down stairs patio area was trashed with junk all over and looked as if people were living there. The furniture in out room had stickers all over it. The lock to gain entry after 5pm didn't work...you just had to open the door. One elevator was out of service, frame of one bet was sticking out and scratched up my foot and my husband's. The pictures on the site do no represent what the rooms and hotel actually look like. I wish I could get my money back, and I will not stay at that location again.

This is an unsafe property. Period. We stayed for one night on our way through. Actuator mechanism was missing completely from the bathroom doorknob and lock seized. Wife was locked in the bathroom for over an hour. We called the front desk and they didn't bother to pick up the phone. Finally hotel staff arrived and with other guests, tried to open the door. They tried removing the lock, removing screws, prying open and were unsuccessful. All this time, our kids were alone in the room with strangers. Finally they had to call the fire department to break to door down. The fire department noted that the lock mechanism has been tampered with and the actuator removed and doorknob reassembled - this was either terrible maintenance or somebody was kept in the bathroom against their will previously. The latch could not be retracted. The fire department arrived and broke the door down to get my wife out. The event was unsafe, scary and left just an uneasy feeling especially since finding out the bathroom door had been tampered with and reassembled without the actuator mechanism. Random hotel guests did more than the hotel staff since they were so shorthanded. I don't even know what else to say.

The manager (the half a man, not the lady) tried to scam us on price here. When I informed him that his GM told me there is no such things as a "Weekend" rate, he got upset and told me to check out. We stayed 17 days here and had to move rooms 6 times because each room had a problem. Everything from the sliding door not working to broken microwave, no working tv, drug needles, broken toilet lid and most of these repeated themselves. I'll be calling the fire marshal for the buildings electrical problems, elevator issues, etc. As a part of my hotel review report, I have NEVER reviewed a hotel/motel on Google. I report directly to the hiring party and leave it at that (the managers didn't realize we own a business that is paid to stay in and review motels. To do this, we have to act like we're not reviewing them obviously lol). Things that happened here: Man walked directly in front of my 3 year old daughter with his penis visible--the manager that claimed to be a GM (the little guy, not the lady), didn't report the man for this. He did however, report the man for being drunk later, and causing a disturbance. I was asked no less than half a dozen times if I'd like to pay for sex by the hookers that frequent the place--there are cops here more than 5 times a day, and 2 undercover that I absolutely know of for sure. The little GM tried to charge us more on our 17th night, something the lady GM told us was completely incorrect when we spoke with her about the rates a few nights previous. She told us that there should never be an instance where our rate should increase or decrease. Our sleep was interrupted between 2-4 am on several occasions by things such as a shirtless old man walking in circles in front of our room playing the guitar, a huge fight breaking out in the room below us (8 cars sped off with all kinds of people running. I still don't know what happened here. Crazy arguing, a bunch of commotion that sounded like several people getting hit, and cars and people flying out of there), etc. The doors don't work. Holy cow, this was sooo sooo frustrating. You wouldn't believe how many people threw their cards at the door. Half the ice machines don't work. Expect to walk and walk and walk some more to find something that works here. The little GM tried making up every excuse he could to keep our deposit when he forced us to check out when I questioned him as to why he was trying to scam me for more money. First he said that because I was there at 1pm, that was reason enough. I am a choice privilege member which allows me 2pm checkout, so I told him that because he really doesn't have a clue what the rewards program offers, he really doesn't. Then he said that because he told me to check out he was keeping it. I said the f you are and called the police. He then told the police he was keeping it because the toilet was broke (the one we complained about 3 times and then just dealt with because we didn't want to move again), so the police said we have to file a law suit to get it back.

Here's the skinny folks. This motel is well know for drugs, people with warrants, violence, weird stuff like a guy walking in front of your daughter with his penis showing, but the worst part of all is the management. They check people in and rob them. The little GM also insulted me for being a Christian and got in my face and said he was a Pagan. He looks professional, but I was floored to see him act like such a little child. He threw a fit and then tried fabricating reason after reason for why he was doing what he was doing. Nothing he said made sense and he just reminded me of my 5 year old so dang much that it was hard to deal with.

Anyway, most people probably stay here for the pool. Otherwise you'd stay somewhere cheaper, right? Well, the only pool that is warm is a 1 foot baby pool. The hot tub hasn't worked in so long that the water is moldy. So do yourself a favor, go next door or across the street. Don't risk talking wrong or something here. The manager will kick you out and keep your nights rate, plus...

PSA: Google "Quality Inn Corporate" to get your refund (vs. trying to go through the front desk-as they will make excuses and avoid you) for this disgusting, filthy, unsafe joke of a hotel! (You deserve your money back, as it's COMPLETE false advertising and the scariest hotel I've EVER seen!)||||The pictures of the website are false advertising (as they portray clean rooms with nice furniture and bedding). Couldn't be further from the HORROR of a reality!!!!! I've never seen something so horriffic in 25 years of hotel stays!!!!||||INSTEAD, when you arrive, your hotel room is in a longterm-rental space where you will share space with (sketchy) people who reside there long-term. The parking lot is full of drug deals, people without teeth and half-dressed wandering, broken down cars, people carrying weapons (yes, I passed a man with a knife on my way through the parking lot), cops called constantly, so you will definitely feel afraid leaving your car there. If you're brave enough to park and continue into the (run-down/sketchy) building through the "security door" (where you are supposed to insert your hotel card to access the building for "security"), you will find the security DOES NOT WORK and the access to the building is open/unlocked for anyone to enter!!!! (WTF). Then, you will wander down a dimly-lit hallway with carpet that looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months/if ever (there was literally crunchy food ground into the carpet!!!) with HORRENDOUS odor (a combination of body odor, mold, and microwave meals) permeating the air to where you feel you'll be sick. THEN, when you finally do get through the maze of sketchy characters to your room, you will find there is NO CARPET (sheer linolium/concrete), all lamps unplugged, mismatched/beat up/stained furniture, and a sliding glass door that doesn't lock with janky curtains haphazardly hanging/covering only part of it. Every surface is grimy/filthy. Table tops are covered with sticky stuff, stains, and scuff marks. The beds and couches have stains on them. There is liquid (urine maybe?) on the (cement) floor. The mattress has bed bugs and/or boogers crusted into the seam (yuck, yuck, yuck!!!!) and no headboard attached to the wall. FIre alarm and ceiling have a bug spatter or mildew/mold spackled on it in addition to a layer of yellow grime............is this real????? :(||||If you're like me, you will RUN FOR THE HILLS as you've never seen something so unsafe/scary/disgusting, and run right back to the front desk to demand a refund so you can leave. Front desk staff will be evasive and unhelpful in processing the refund and allude it's YOUR FAULT because you booked through a 3rd party company and give you an email for "Felicia at corporate" who will never respond. ||||Finally (after attempting to work directly with the front desk staff for 24 hours-who continued ignoring me), I googled Corporate for Quality Inn, I got through to a person who apologized for my terrible "stay" and processed my refund immediately.||||If this review saves even ONE more person from having to go through this horror, then it was worth it. I seriously think this building needs to be condemned and shut down. I can't believe it's still in business. And SHAME ON WHOEVER IS IN MANAGEMENT for (falsely!!!) advertising pictures of rooms that look NOTHING like the ones you stay in. If that's not fraud, I don't know what is. Is that REALLY the only way they can get business? (by forcing people into booking through false advertising and then saying "sorry, no refund"???). A disgusting business practice. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of innocent people and families just trying to enjoy life...
