Ordered two items, a regular gyro and a chicken gyro. Drove 30 min to get home just to find the chicken in the gyro was so charred that it wasn’t even edible. Called the store and a young man picked up and I asked him to speak to a manager. He responds with “what can I get you?” I repeated I need to speak to a manager. His reply “oh…” The manager then answers the call and I tell him the issue and he responds with “what do you want to do?” Sir, you’re the manager it’s literally part of your job to find a resolution, especially working in hospitality. I tell him I’m not driving back 30 minutes so you tell me what are you going to do to make this situation right? So after some back and forth because I can’t understand a word he is saying cause he’s talking extremely fast he ends up telling me to take his information down and the next time I come in to get food that I can get 2 meals for free. Okay awesome but when he was relaying his name and phone number he was talking extensively fast once again that I can barely understand what he was saying. Now, since the beginning of the phone call he sounded annoyed but at this point it was apparent he was exactly that. When he gave me his name i had to ask him several times to repeat what his last name was. I asked him to spell it and he said, annoyingly, “CHNG” Thinking I misheard him I asked him again to repeat it… “CHNG” he replies so I asked him is your last name “CHANG?” He said yes. He then tells me that he has other pressing matters to deal with and basically wants to end the call. I told him at this point “sir, you lost my business” and hung up. So, Mr. Tyrone ChAng I hope your establishment sees this review and takes the appropriate steps to get you some customer service training. Very rude and unprofessional. Also, this was my second time dealing with this locations unprofessional and inedible food. Will never go back again.

My husband and I are in town visiting from Texas and was so excited to have found Little Greek. We have a Greek restaurant in Texas that I tried and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. When I found Little Greek I was absolutely amazed at how great the food it. It is like the Greek food I grew up eating. My first impression was how very clean and spacious the restaurant was and how very friendly the owner (Tyrone) and staff were. I did not feel rushed and they answered any questions I had about the food. The customer service is impeccable. The food portions were more than I expected and I couldn’t help but take some dessert home for later which was amazing. I now eat here at least two times a week trying different menu items and they never disappoint. My husband has ate at Little Greek in Plano, Tx and he was disappointed as well and said he would never eat there again. He ate at this Little Greek with me and is now hooked. I only wish there was a Little Greek in Austin!!!

I really hate to have to leave a negative review. I decided to pick up food on my way to Orlando for a traffic detour- I ordered a 1/2 Greek salad and also paid the extra to add on chicken- I think I paid either 2.99 or 3.49. I got on I4 only to see an incredibly small amount of chicken, smaller than I’ve ever been given at any Little Greek. When I got home, the weight of the chicken was 2.1 oz. The menu claims 260 cal worth of chicken- which at 55 cal/ oz should be about 4.7oz. Mine was 110 cal at 2.1 oz. To put it in perspective, my portion was about 1/3 of 1 chicken breast. The official Little Greek nutrition chart claims 5oz. I’m all about supporting local franchises, but not at the expense of cutting portions for profit gain, especially when the chicken was almost 1/2 the price of my salad. At least it tasted good. I honestly can’t blame the worker at the counter, because typically when portion cutting is this egregious, it usually comes as a directive from management.

6:47 pm Sunday April 25th little greeks champions gate. 8310 Champions Gate Blvd, Davenport, FL 33896

Went to this location for the first time. I ordered a Greek Salad and my son a Gyro.

The wait was longer than we had Expected it would be. Since we were dining in I had a good idea that salad sitting on a plate was mine. I was not wrong but no Gyro with it.

We watched take out being boxed up and sent on its way. My son asked me what is taking so long. I said I have no idea but I am curious how long it will take now.

The plate I suspected was mine was picked up and brought to the table by a worker with a purple bandana in her hair. Then she turned around and walked off.

Not having Taro cards a crystal ball or other means of foretelling the future. I called to her Hello? She turns around and hisses at my like some jungle cat sprayed with a garden hose and vitriol in her eyes as she had her muzzle on " more is coming."

This surprises me. As far as I can tell she had both her arms and hands attached to her torso. So using deductive reasoning I had concluded that two plates, two hands, two arms would stand to reason that she could have brought both plates to the table at the same time avoiding such confusion. Maybe not. Perhaps the weight was to much to handle in one haul.

So I ask miss spicy britches what her name was as no one had a name tag on. She informs me her name is Sabrina. Of course it is why would it be anything else.

The manger on duty stopped by the table. Asked if our dinner was alright. I nodded yes as I was chewing at the time.

The food was quit good really. I would only suggest that the district manager have Sabrina sit through some riveting customer service videos. You know to flush that customer no service attitude on out of her system. Clearly needs a refresher course.

I will be contacting corporate personally tomorrow to make sure my voice has been heard.

It is a shame that I finally find a little greeks so close to me and will not be back due to a single employee deciding to think it would be a good idea to pick me out of all people to snarl at.

Simply brilliant. Bravo. Two...

If it wasn’t for the nice girl brown hair, she’s such a sweet gal. I wouldn’t of came back the blond hair chick had attitude to begin with looks like she don’t even want to be there. The other girl let me tell you maybe she wasn’t having a good day she went out like a champ started serving the customers before leaving I was going to tell the boss she needs more workers like that, I was surprise to see her boss be a good one Florida people can be careless, I’m a truck driver only because the blonde hair chick saw me that I wasn’t all dress up maybe messy hair, I was literally starving was craving for something fast fresh healthy I googled nearby Greek food this is what I found. Blonde chick she was literally being stingy with them fries I paid 20 bucks for a sandwich combo I didn’t get more than 9-10 fries. I literally saw her putting the stack of cut patatoes into the containers they have them in. The nice brown haired girl was extremely nice she was making the gyro how the picture shows it appetizing. I didn’t say anything to the chick I’m only saying blonde brunette hair girls because I didn’t ask for their names. I really liked the gyro which by the way the blonde haired girl took at least 40 min to put the freaking chicken in the stove thing they have. Other three people went in and order they got serve first again I didn’t say anything. I went back only this time I wanted the nice girl to attend me she had more of a charisma customer service if you will. Overall I spent $50 bucks for two gyros the second gyro I even tip the brown hair girl she...
