I came to this store for the first time , and I was so impressed with the staffs and the place itself , everything was beautiful clean and organized. I just finished eat at Olive Garden and I saw the ulta store . I then asked my husband hey ! Let’s go in to ulta to just check out how they look , but I end up getting out of there with $95 worth in products. My hubby was so impressed how much I spender and asked me why u don’t work in place like this maybe u my have discount card or something, I told him I would since I know all products and I love to help people, but I m to afraid they not accept me cuz I m Brazilian and think I would understand how this store would work . But always I have one next to my home like 5 minutes and I just love to go to different stores to see how gorgeous they also are . I never have problems with ulta companies they always help me when I came in and when I get the wrong orders from online . I even help people for then cuz they think I worked there . It was fun help the clients for them , helped them find they product they was looking for and also explained the difference of each product when one was better then the other . And when I was finally cash out with my product I got a hi 5 from a beautiful staff , she said congratulations to me cuz now I m a premium client . Read moreNot only has this been once but now twice Ulta has not been able to follow through with thier salon services. The first issues occurs at a different store. Yesterday was my wedding day. I booked 2 formal hair and make up appointment 6 weeks ago for sept. 1. I received 2 confirmation text messages from ulta for the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I get to the store, they open the door and then they tell me. Oh ur stylist is LOA and we don’t know where they are. They stated they “called” I don’t know if they called me or meant they called the stylist. Either way. This led me to scramble and try to do my own hair and makeup for a day where the bride should be stress free. If salons are able able to either have a back up or 100% garuntee thier service to customers, they should NOT advertise such services. If so a k ow that a specific stylist doesn’t come in on time or maybe constantly no calls no shows, maybe the manger of the salon should call those clients and give them an option. Read moreMy daughter had a appt to have tinsel added to her hair at 1:00, we did not get taken until 1:40. The lady who did her hair was very nice, did not catch her name. Unfortunately the service rendered was not very good. By the time we got home the tinsel already fell out of a bead. I figured maybe it was just one bad bead that was not tight enough. All the tinsel was falling out by 6:00pm. I called the store, right off the bat the girl who’s name holds no weight when I asked what her name was, was cold. After being put on hold like 5 times I talked to a so called manager who again seemed annoyed at her job or maybe just life. Finding out this girl “Jaylin” name was like pulling teeth as well. So yes I was frustrated at this point rightfully so when clearly being put on hold 5 times just to get an answer to come in for a refund. Which I will call corporate for a refund or dispute the charge before I step foot back in that location. You can tell they all hate their job just by their customer service skills.
